I have more than 6 Gig storage, but it says I don't have enough storage space for 1 magazine. Doesn't work. Useless app!

I just downloaded this app to get my favourite monthly magazine digitally, but if I click on the magazine in the menu to buy and download it, the app crashes. Not a good start with this app for me

This app is very cumbersome. Magazines have to be individually dowloaded and each one takes ages and eats data. A magazine I started downloading 15mins ago is still downloading on 23% and this despite using Android 6.01. Not great for reading on the go! It seems to have no recollection of my previous magazines purchases if switching devices. One issue I brought is nowhere to be found. Please address speed and storage issues. Overall disappointing, but has scope to be great if improved.

I think this is a good app, but it woukd be better if I coukd sync with my other devices and if I could download previous versions of a magazine. I missed the download of some magazines and although I can download a pdf version from the website, it does not appear in my app when I open the downloaded section of the app. Can this be fixed please?

Until magazines provide an index this app has only one advantage - portability. Trying to find something I read some time ago is a pain. So much unrealised potential!

Migration from the previous n great mixup. Lost nearly all of my magazines downloaded on the previous app over years. Disgusted.

A search button would be great. Haven't even used it yet cause I can't find the magazine I want.

Ek moes nou die nuwe app aflaai maar dit neem baie lank om die tydskrifte af te laai. Verder sien ek nie hoe om n uitgawe net te delete nie. Gee net die opsie om te hide. Vorige een was baie beter

My password and email address is correct but I still can't log in. We as 'n family use one address and password

Used to work like a dream, now it is completely unusable...it hangs without downloading the magazines!

Opportunity Lost. Missing a search function means you have to download the pdf versions as well. If an annual index of each magazine was available this would have been brilliant. For now, I'm saving space, nothing more.

Had Mysubs on a tablet for my mother to read all her magazines.. now suddenly it is not compatible with her device anymore.. why?

Nee ek haat dit nie. Skielik kan ek geen buiteblad v rnige tydskrif die...selfs nadat ek dit "uninstall" en weer Install het!

Not impressed at all - harsh design, what's with the black and white? Get hit in the face by white glare if you go to download page. First could not download standard res, but managed to download high res - sloooow, eats data. These are magazines, you'd like a clean interface, fast download, good resolution and mimnimum data/storage space. I'm going back to the old app.

App keeps trying to open the cart page,but never does. Please fix this. The Add To Cart doesn't work from all pages where it's placed

Had to upgrade but it seems to be a downgrade if you want to go to a specific page you can not jump to different pages you have to page through every page

Worst app ever. Downloaded with mobile data. Then i was advised using wife. Downloaded through the night only to gain 3%.

I am subscribed to your newspapers, been trying to get the daily free digital copies of newspapers the whole morning without any success! Downladed Mysubs already. Kindly assist.

I absolutely love this app. I was just wondering why the new issues of the Heat magazine is not uploaded? The last issue was released on 5 March?

The iOS version is a heck of a lot better. I guess functionally the same, but just better in terms of looks. Get the design similar and it was be a 5 star app!

This is a PDF reader, nothing more, nothing less. Edit: It is the worst PDF reader I ever had the misfortune to come across. Why does this app require access to my contacts?

We're living abroad, so having SA magazines to read is fantastic. BUT, every time it updates all the Maygs must be downloaded again. This is SO frustrating! Apps are supposed to become better not the other way around. I can't go to a back issue quickly as l could have in the past. Oh, ja, and the look is really old. Looks like the first ever Windows design or something. Please fix the re-downloading issue. Thanks that we can have it though... (It's Deon's wife btw...)
