It is not uncommon in a medium to large, or even small, business to have employees/members spend months, and in some situations years, without even meeting each other. In some cases they may see each other in passing but without having any idea what the other person does.
Our peeps allows an organization to quickly setup a private (or public if the organization chooses) account (using our website http://ourpeeps.co.za) that contains well organized and easily navigable information, including information of not only their members names and faces but also where their members are currently stationed and also the exact roles that members are playing in the organization.
This helps the organization in two main ways:
- Firstly by allowing your members to easily find out who is who in the organization.
- Secondly by assisting the organization in creating a family environment that shows that everyone in the organization is valued and is visible (not hidden away in some corner somewhere).
Your members can access your account after it has been created via this android app and also via the mobile browser online version (set during registration). They will need a username and password that you will set when you create the website for your company to access the site (unless you make it public).
