Bodybuilding Workout Log is a very easy to use workout tracker application. The goal of this app is to allow you to workout and log your training results without looking at the phone all the time, with as little screen taps as possible. Pure training log! Both beginners and experienced lifters (in bodybuilding, power lifting or fitness) will benefit from this workout journal's simplicity and features which include:
★ free choice of workout exercises. You do not need to deal with a long list of exercises that you never use in your training. Add exercises that you love and name them in a way that is clear to you;
★ import of popular exercises for a quick start (as well as a sample routine);
★ saved training routines with pre-defined exercise selection;
★ dynamic training routines, where one can select exercises on the go;
★ comments/notes for sets;

I love this app been using it for a Lil over a year now. The only thing I would like is a simpler way to track super sets. Cause I've been using the comment on this set feature and that's kinda time consuming for me cause I'm on a strict time limit with work and personal life.

Can you make it to where I can move around the routines and organize how I want them. Right now they're in order how I input them in and I'd like to move them around.

This app is perfect, let's me create my own workouts, see my 1rm, track my weight and strength progress, and you don't have to pay to use it like most other apps where you have to pay to have an actual working version. Would definitely recommend!

There is no way to change the order in which exercises appear during a routine. Otherwise decent app.. gets the job done

Very simple to use, I like it. Don't need pics while working out. Only complaint is I would like to be able to edit the workout title without deleting the whole workout, minor inconvenience. Also add more body parts such as,traps, forearms.

The only suggestions I'd make to improve it would be: 1) if your license allows you to make a version for iPhone (many of my gym bros have Apple products) 2) add an option to allow superset, giant sets, and circuits to each exercise before hitting rest. 3) add an option for logging cardio/conditioning/etc.

1.Needs the ability to input negative weights for assisted exercises e.g. Assisted pullups 2. Needs ability to add non weighted exercises e.g. *Result* of Tabata (I use a separate app for that and that is not an issue) or warm ups/cool downs. If these are sorted then would be 5 stars

I have juggled with many workout trackers and all of them had some limitations. However with this I have had an amazing experience. The app has been getting better updates every time which are useful and makes it so hard to find a flaw. What we could find in the future is a reminder to start the workout ( this is me nit picking). Awesome app !!!

This app has been so useful to me, it's insane. There are a few minor issues (e.g., going back an exercise is not intuitive, no built in calculator for doing X% of your first set, some issues with exporting data) but overall the app is a gem! Right now my only suggestion is to add the calculator option, I typically reverse pyramid my sets to do 90% of my top set and drop 10% for each additional set. Going from the native android calculator back to the app messes with the experience flow.
