Cryptogram Cryptoquote Puzzle

I like this because the quotes that are used are not ideological nagging. There are meaningful quotes, but their topics vary. There are also a number of witty, clever, and simply interesting topics. The puzzles vary nicely in difficulty, and the hints really do help. Thank you for a good experience.

Keeps your mind sharp. The developers have done an amazing job with increasing the playability over the last year or so. I play them frequently!

Very well made and fun game. Excellent support. I highly recommend it for whoever likes Cryptograms and/or word games in general. Would give 100 stars if I could! :)

These are good quotes in an easy to use format. Nothing distracting in the games. The timer and comparison times seems silly, but doesn't interfere with the fun.

Especially like the biography of the authors one can read after solving the crytoquotes.

Fun

I remember loving these a long time ago, I used to buy the magazines of these lol This one is almost exactly like them. I like how it tracks your hints and 100s of puzzles available (at $1.99 per 100/category). Very fun!

I love this app. Whenever I have a few minutes and need to chill out, I open the app and do some cryptograms. They're fun and challenging at the same time. Great when you're stuck on the Metro or waiting in the doctor's office. Also fun to do on a Sunday morning when your caffeine fix hasn't yet kicked in. Gets the brain working.

Graphics seemed fine and appealing but for some reason didn't respond when I would tap on a letter. I am asking for refund. Gave 3 stars because all else.looked good but didn't work on my phone.

Does what it says, interface is good, rare problems are solved quickly.

This is a great game. A recent update contained a bug but the developers fixed it within a few hours of my email. Impressive!

Overall, I really enjoy this game. I would suggest making timed games an option. Sometimes I just want to relax and take my time solving the puzzle, and would rather not be timed.

This game is GREAT!!! I enjoy playing it very much. Great quotes from great people. I just completed the first volume. Downloading the second volume as I type. Also, I had a slight problem which isn't worth going into. Anywho, I emailed egghead games about this. I received a prompt reply with genuine concern from them. They resolved my issue extremely fast. Great people with a great app. If you see an egghead app, download it. You will not be sorry!!!

Easy to read, simple to work with, but mostly great fun! Yes, you do have to mash the buttons sometimes to get them to register, but I don't blame the publisher for that. You do have to pay $1.99 for new puzzle packets, but you would have to pay if you bought them in a magazine also, so I don't mind.

Fun and interesting

Needs a way to check accuracy. Also, couldn't you put more puzzles out there? All you need is a book of Bartlett's quotations and a keyboard to put in an endless supply of puzzles. I've done them all 3 times through and need new ones. Oh, and a few more by women would be nice!

I like the game but it doesn't respond to my inputs. I have to repeatedly touch a letter to get anywhere. It's very frustrating and honestly not worth the agrevation. Fix this and I will give 5 stars.

Puzzles are a moderate difficulty. Solved all in a couple days. Need more!

I like the game but it doesn't respond when I touch a letter I have to keep tapping and it makes my time go longer please fix response issues I have a galaxy note 4

I had this installed on my Samsung S4 and it worked well. On rare occasions the keypad would hesitate to accept a letter. I upgraded to an S5 and now the keypad will very rarely accept a letter. Can not play anymore.
