Acertados dispone de tres niveles de dificultad.

En el nivel principiante el jugador deberá responder a diez preguntas.

En el nivel avanzado el jugador deberá responder a quince preguntas.

En el nivel experto el jugador deberá responder a veinte preguntas.

El jugador dispone de tres vidas que pueden aumentar a lo largo del nivel.
