Yet another one that doesn't work properly, developer takes no notice of emails or reviews from anyone. It would at least be useful if he could provide some feedback. These games are now very disappointing and irritating to play, will not be bothering anymore. Play Store apparently cracking down on this sort of thing.

Unfortunately having the same issue with the number wheel. And I know that sometimes the game is set up to be tricky with certain numbers only moving only one direction but doesn't look to be the case. None of the bottom 3 numbers can be moved up.
