I am unable to play the game, and I'm wondering if the game is still active or did they cancel it?

I don't know why. But it keeps on freezing. Alot! Eventho in best connection area. Pity

Can't even get past loading screen. Re downloaded it multiple times. Restarted my phone. Nothing. Complete crap game.

Game play fun. Customer service stinks. Continually tries to increase costs to players and reduces rewards.

My eternal offer of gratitude to those responsible for creating, maintaining, & everyone else involved with making this game possible for me to play. I love this game! Bam!!!

This is a great game and I had tons of fun without. I would be rating it 5 out of 5. But my account was hacked and the people who made the game has yet to reply to me and it's been over a week. Download if you want but don't except any customer service.

Worst game every a problem was repoted to them during a event. They responded with a generic answer. Like we will have tech support look into the problem. After event ended the admited there was a problem. And only three clan were affected but no compensation was giving. I for one will not be staying much longer if this issues is not resolved.

It has been almost 3 years and starting to get repatative. There are alot of fun events, but glitches need to be fixed. New events are coming out pretty regularly. There is still lots to do. Join a clan for unlimited fun, better game play, deck building advice and so much more!

I love the game, is very sad that I am considering giving up on it completely and uninstalling the app. Intermittent, repeated network failure makes it hard to play. It's been down for three days now as far as I am concerned because I get the message network failure while trying to log in. I have not successfully logged on in days. Bummer! Guess I won't get this months log in prize no matter what I do now. Accessing this game app is kinda feeling like work not play.

I rated 1 star because the game does not open anymore. It stays loading than says network error. Please fix this issue and I will give 5 stars. I have tried in every way possible. Thank you so much

definitely a fun game. some crashing issues fixed mostly. You do not need to spend alot or any cash to have great cards... I recommend this game... posted in june 2015 an still recommending it today. Oct 2016 & still highly recommend this game.

I liked playing this game at first now I can't hardly play it because it says unstable connection but I have no problems with my other apps or games. I had this problem with another app and they fixed itbon their end. So fix your damn game

Every time I try to play it will just freeze up or kick me out of the game saying the game has stopped working please fix this. It was most favorite game on my phone

Some sort of bug when I create a new game. Gets stuck on Ebon Hold explore. Tried different servers it does the same thing. Last game it got stuck on battle tutorial, making me play the same battle over and over...

Initially gave it 5 stars, then 1 star as more problems occured. Now back to 1 star after huge problems. Now back to 5 stars again. Now down to 1 stars as its shutting down and noone from the company is saying anything. They've just stopped doing events. Not cool, considering people have paid money to play it. As of Jan 1st 2017, it's completely shut down.

WTF, after December 31st a ton of players cant log in, support has done nothing but ignored calls for help. Save your time and money for people who actually appreciate your play.

Waited more than a day to get gems I bought. I wouldnt download and I dont even want to play it because of it. I would recommend any other card based rpgs out there, most of them are identical to this game and at least half are better than this one. A real let down...

Fun, but Customer service is especially poor and the game is increasingly designed for the enjoyment of a select few, specifically high level players who've run out of things to do. Also, getting the right cards to be competitive is possible with a LOT of time put into the game, but you'll quickly fall behind those who simply pay for what they need.

Says network failed every time I try to start the app... but I tested my network and it is working so it must be a server failure... please fix the problem and the error messages... still doing this and I'm done...

So I stopped playing this game because it used to cause my phone to crash/restart. I recently picked it back up and... well, to be honest its frustrating for new/returning players with all of the ridiculously OP cards that have apparently been handed out like candy through events and of course big spenders. But i'm slowly getting better cards. Also their are bugs. For instance, my Aegis Dragon has Reanimation, but it repeatedly fails to work. Game breaking. Deck Heroes is better.

Great app! Really fun and strategic.. however my game now freezes at this one point and i cant progress. I need this fixed or ita data wasted on this. Tried all solutions already. Help! Will be appreciated

Don't waste your time they have stopped doing all events since the Halloween disaster they will be shutting down soon . player for over 3 years thanks ek for quitting on your players

Will give 5 star when you fix it keeps freezing or crashing. I love the game it's one of my favorites but tired of not being able to play because of it freezing & crashing all the time . Fix please!!

No new releases, updates in weeks, no Xmas gifts or events. Game Staff no longer answer emails

Not going to lie this game is fun and it's pretty exciting. It reminds me of War of the Fallen which was an amazing mobile ccg. Biggest issue of this game is that some of the monster pictures don't show up on my cards. What's up with that?

This used to be my favourite game but in the last 2 weeks its unplayable. My friends are having the same chronic lag issues. Plz fix.

It keep up saying network failure but my network is ok I played other games without any issue, if I reinstall this game does my progress will lost or not I am at lv 52 please help me.4 star coz I don't get good card from gems or from token.

Game developer ripped me off. I had an account from my old device. It died and needed to be replaced. I had the account saved so it should be on their database. I tried to get it recovered. The in-app password recovery doesn't work (it hangs/crashes the app). I tried to put in a ticket with the company. They have not responded to my ticket and I have no access to the account that I put a LOT of effort and money into. This company has horrible customer support (what a laugh) and seems to not care if they rip people off by denying them access to their accounts. Avoid like the plague. This kind of developer should not be allowed to peddle their wares on Google Play.

As of lately there have been a lot of major crashes and I've been loosing lots of items from gems for purchasing to coins for enchanting and fire tokens for special cards I've also lots several great cards due to the crashes ,however before these crashes occurred the game was fun and I hope that the fun returns for me along with compensation for what I've lost,newly updated as of 7/26/16 and I can not even play the game

I am done playing this game! Have been trying to login since Dec 30 & it will not let me login! Have been playing this game for about 2 to 3 yrs now & am sick with the problems!

Just like last time I played over a year and game locked up on me keeps saying network failure and just like last time I have T-Mobile and AT&T home internet didn't work so it's the game again not my internet 4000 gems would be great since I'm missing 300 from easy events almost a month later and still can't log on tried to re download app still not loading no response from developer yet as well

Make this right. At least refund partials.

If you like a game where the game crashes every 5 minutes or so, this is the game for you ;)

It was a great game. But got closed. You can't login anymore. This game is good example to show what happens when game gets too ewarding. Now noo server so no login. I could have given it 5 stars otherwise

It gets to 99 percent then stops and i did what the dev said to do and it still wont load

Ek is shutting the game down, magic realms is basically same game with different features. Google needs to remove ek from here!!!!!!!!!
