The developers or support are awful at helping resolve issues with the game. they are stingy with rewards and when glitches happen or a button is pressed by accident they are unwilling to help replace what was lost or fix the problem. There are a several people that are extremely strong and powerfull and dominate the game and when a person gets to a high enough level in the game these very strong people attack you daily making it impossible to enjoy the game or advance. It cost too much money. Don't play!

Theres a major problem.Same guy can attack you nonstop. I told devs,"the 3 attacks by people in 1 day is fine, but where is the fun when same person attacks EVERY SINGLE DAY 3 times! You dont understand at all". Developers need to change that! Take the players name off the list so they cant attack again and again. They replied,"sorry but there is attacking 3 times max in one day to the same guy though, but if you fight back, he/she can fight back. if you still can't take it, we feel sorry but enjoy life"

Played this game faithfully for over two years ....but developers still treat u like ur an idiot...they don't want to help even if u have supported them ...if ur not spending enough to buy a car every few months u are separate from the rest of the ego twisted wealthy bullies and have no chance against them....they will keep u beat down and theyre relentless at not letting u play ....developers were helpful at a time but want to make u prove every problem and u have to email them 20 times+ ...game is ruined

If you can tolerate incompetent and uncaring support staff and like to throw your money away this is your game! The game itself is good as far as RPG strategy games go but do not spend money unless you are willing to drop 10k or more for support to actually do anything for you or rectify any problems. play at your own risk but don't expect any assistance from the game developers / support

Support and response from developer was great when needed. The game itself it's all about your generals and individual tanks upgrades. Cp means nothing. Generals and components in your wc mean everything.

If you have a problem in the game, which you will eventually, support will be of no assistance to you unless you spend thousands of dollars in the game. Don't waste your time on this game.

The format of the game isn't bad. There is no help guide anywhere. They allow the same higher level people to constantly attack you so you can't keep your defenses up. They answer your questions with one-word answers that aren't helpful.

And that's exactly what will happen so don't waste a single minute playing this piece of garbage. Thank God I only downloaded this game to get currency in another game that is actually fun to play lmao

Even it up a bit guys....not everyone on here is super rich....and just because we are not shouldn't bar us from certain general skills like oracle tank range or certain generals....those should be easily obtainable to all ....give us a chance to earn it instead of making it $300 for a level 1 purple oracle tank range.....and yeah since you guys are making lots of money already the developers should be more friendly and responsive instead of completely ignoring you at times ...its not too much to ask right?

Lucky to get answered and they're so greedy they don't wanna help ....always have to prove when it's them that made the mistake ....they say it's chance for generals and upgrades that fail nonstop and are so expensive ....not even worth playing ....I'll take my money elsewhere
