Google Plus no longer asks to sign in on first run.
Added a button to title screen to sign in to Google Plus. Additionally, clicking the Google Play Services Button will prompt sign in.
Note: Current users will have to sign in again using the Google Plus button (thanks Richard!), however, it will automatically sign in on future runs.
