first cant get into the game because cant verified version,2nd trying clear cache data but not helping, 3rd trying clear data but now i cant download the update always stuck at 2/36, 4th uninstal then instal again but still cant download the update zzzzzzzzz....

hi team my account is 9837 and i got 3960 fire mortal weapon today but somebody hacked my account and dismantled my 2 top weapons .When I logged in ,in the evening my top weapons were missing since then i am in shock here , you can understand I'll be a fool to dismantle such top weapons , I request you to kindle inquire this matter and if possible kindly return the dismantled weapons, appreciate your kind support in this regard.

SUCK TO MAXIMUM OVERKILL This game used to be good nice addictive game. But now too stingy, Low/sucks drop/pick chances. A lots a way for grind curency as long have friends, energy and ... internet. YEAH RIGHT WTFH.. after new update, everytime i log in to the game sometimes i must setting up few skill from begining. (-_-) and i can't play it anymore coz it say hacktool detected. what hack tool ??? i'm not using any. plis fix it. i am using blue stack on pc. Today event say i got 40 energy, but when i took it only add 20. WTFH. Game become bigger and bigger that eat up my storage . and everytime i play keept dowloading more and more file after update wich i do not now what file it is. even using gems to get better unit and equip but never get any, just low grade unit, equip, accecories. WTFH. and i can't transfer my account from facebook to my eyedintity account just base on user code and confirm by email from my email but this is my account not any one else. how hard to create setting this is up??? I can not believe this game is above 4 star. This game just deserve minus 5 star. This game SUCK TO THE MAXIMUM OVERKILL

Too laggy and very slow loading time i hope you can fix this, if not i'll just stop playing and you lost a good customer

It say hack tool detected , and game will terminated soon , wtf??? I never hack before and i will never hack, i been play this game for 2 years++, and this how you guys treat me?? Plus i dont know how to hack , check your system clearly before saying i hack.

Downloading after install took forever. Too bad my phone isn't a computer with an external storage. WTF are programmers thinking when these, are devices? Not supermega servers. Where do you play these games? In DC?

Very difficult to get upgrade material for armor, weapons, and units. Seems like only people in countries like Japan, Korea, and such areas get all the breaks. Looks very biased. Starting to lose interest due to NEVER getting anything decent at all from the shop summons. Only drawing worthless 2* or 3* fodder. Only good for disassembling for training essence. Blah!

X15 drop chance special event - 900 gems = 0. So how low are your chances when it's not a special event.

I know its hard i played this game more than 99%of player i didnt get good item too or 4 ercher and its show this game is diffrent from others game all game give you good but iron need waiting and trying more guys pls wait you can get every thing you want

The game is very good, I can see the appeal for it, but you should do a bit more rewards so everyone is on the same page ;) Also, I've got this bug that my game crashes after about 5min gameplay/when I go to the battle section. I've tried everything - settings reset, factory data reset, moving from sd card to phone - nothing is working. Please fix that, im using Sony Xperia LT26i if thats any help.

Devs pls fix the issue of armor swapping. I cant use it somehow it always say cant connect to server then issue 106 something like that. Thank devs keep it up

Please do something for "advanced item obtained notification". Your Update for being set up the notification to be sound trough all the channel is annoying. It causing a flood over a channel. 4 star for you before it fixing. regards, BlackBeard

I just got the Goddess of War, but the game will not let me add her to my party. It's not even an option. The only option I get whenever I attempt to do this is "sell." I even tried dismissing one of the other members I have but it still won't work. Why?
