Was playing the game before the whole transfer and then binded the account for the 5k gold after waiting a week for it to be released in my region -_- and still no 5k gold or a response after 3 support tickets

Waited for a couple of days now for my gold but still nothing.. Love the game but i was promised 5k gold.. What happen? Ign: DivineAzn server 12 & 8

Asked for 5*s for free stuff. Errors, freezing and force closes. 3*s at best until fixed

Told me bind my account and old player gets certain gold as compensation. When will I get it?
