Black screen then game force closes. It used to work on any device I had before Android 5.0. I've tried it on like 6 devices won't work on any of them. I've emailed big fish twice, and get a generic email back saying if this doesn't solve your problem reply to this email.....Still nothing. This is the 3 or 4th game that I've purchased that used to work but you don't keep them updated.

Don't buy this game as it won't install! Complained to Play Store but they passed the buck and said to go to the developers.... If you buy a product in a store then the store is responsible for the quality but in the digital world it is harder to make people take responsibility.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I downloaded this game and it wouldn't open after installing. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling 5 times and every time I tap the game icon to open, the screen goes black for about 5-7 secs and then returns to my home screen. The app won't launch no matter what I do. I've tried going into settings to "force stop"; that doesn't work either. I have plenty of memory on my phone, and make sure no other apps are running in the background at the time I launch the game. Nothing works!

Would not open. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times. You would think. After so many complains ,it would be fixed. Obviously it's never worked with all the complaints. You need to stop selling it or fix it .

I installed twice turned games on and off. No luck It just does not work!! How about a response to your consumer base? Let us know what you are going to do about this issue. MJCA

I'm shocked that literally every review says will not load, going back to 2015, but it's obviously still happening. Pretty crappy for the prices they charge for these games

It will not open. How are these games getting high scores when they won't even load properly, if they even load at all. Don't buy, caveat emptor

THIS GAME DOESN'T OPEN! I have emailed the developers (5-18-16), and no response! They don't care obviously! No response to that email. Sent another email today. Why don't the developers read the reviews?

Finally got it to down load. Now I can't open it. I would like my money back or another game that works.

I bought this game a while ago and played the whole game through loved it till I updated it and went to play it again and now it won't work at all just kicks me out before game even starts.

This game was fun until I paid for the full version. Now when I try to play , the screen goes black and it crashes before it even gets to the game menu. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

I was really enjoying the game, so I decided to buy the full version. Since then it won't load the game at all. I don't want to uninstall it as I have paid, please help me back to the game then I can give it 5star. I have proof I paid . Thank you

I was so excited to play this! But as everyone else had said BLACK SCREEN ONLY. 4/8 Update cont. Again I was excited ...hoping I would be able to play, what LOOKS like an amazing game! ...no such luck

What a joke game downloaded but won't open for play The game doesn't load open in app all you get is a black screen then it goes back to main page after 5 secs if bigfish won't take responsibility in making sure the games are working before submitting them for downloading then stop making games

Try to open it and has black screen...then boots me off. Tried for awhile to get on but never did.

It worked just fine on my Galaxy S5 but on the S7 it won't even open :( I loved this game! Big Fish, please fix this!!!!

Tried to download it multiple times, never was able to make it to the main menu let alone play the actual game...definitely needs to be fixed...really thought it looked interesting..
