I want a full refund asap i downloaded this game onto my phone, galaxy s5 thinking it would work better than my tablet which is alcatel but in actuall fact it worked better on my tablet i got half way thru the game but on my phone i got knowhere near half way im not happy at all i payed for a game therefore it should work properly and it doesn't i dont think i can trust bigfish again.... Its really annoyed me cos i enjoyed this game so much. Refund please......im still waiting for my refund

Cannot finish the game! Unable to get third gear. Uninstalled but still cannot continue. Compass does not even show spot where guide shows gear. Unable to access unless compass shows magnifying glass. Emailed problem no reply.

There were no free trials for this game, so I bought it based on the reviews. The reviews are right and I'm really happy with my purchase. Great game play, good directive hints, not much lag and fun to play...great price too!!

I paid for the full version, now it won't even open!! No response! I've deleted it and re-downloaded it and it does the same thing. Fix it quick or I will not stop until I get a full refund! I'm an avid player of big fish so DON'T LET US DOWN!

At last another great adventure,brilliant graphics and strong story line. I always set these on the hardest setting and so far I've got through no probthough I'll come back with update when I'm finished, looking forward to the rest.

Would only open first time after install. Won't open at all after. Reinstalled, same problem. First Big Fish game to disappoint ne. Would like my money back.

Was loving the game paid for it now its saying cant open as unlicenced. My device is unlocked to all licences .whats going on please. Really not happy!!!

Bought and loved the game until it stopped working. Tried to get a hold of Big Fish, that didn't work either. Not happy!

Played almost to end of game. Tried to go back to Library to get what I think was a book. Game locked and screen went black. When you try to launch app, nothing happens. App manager shows app running, with a black screen. It can't be selected from here. Have restarted tablet. Problem persists. Please fix or refund.

I bought the game because there's no free trial version and after a good start it won't re-open! As I'm not the only one with this problem, I really hope they sort this out, soon or else refund my money!

Good story and creative hidden object scenes. The problem comes when i tried to open it the second time. It won't even attempt to open to a main menu screen. I forced closed it and cleared the cache. I'll re rate the game when the problem is solved.

Not great but playable. Had loading, touch, and closing problems but not awful. On sale

Really good but, this series has always been very adventurous and exciting. Keep making these great games! Just a note on my Samsung Galaxy pro tablet 12.2 pro the game crashes at the end of the main game and the end of the bonus game.

Ripoff. Will not let you solve mini games in order to go forward. Very disapointed, your games are usually very good. Thumbs down for this one.

Can't play it froze from start, would like my money back please

This has really annoyed me the game keeps freezing. If it's not doing that it won't load at all & it needs to be re - installed. Then you lose all of your saved progress for a game I paid for I don't expect all these glitches.. I've brought games from these before & never had so many problems with one game. Please please please fix all the problems with the game.

I would love to give 5 stars as I love the HE games. The game keeps on freezing and my lenovo tablet won't respond to any screen touches so I have to hold the on/off button until it restarts. Please fix the issues so we can enjoy this game like all the others in the series!

I had a few problems so had to start game over after a little into the game. Everything worked after. Seemed kind of shorter than the others. All in all worth 2.99

Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. Got this on intro sale at 40% off. This is why I won't fall for the new BigFish marketing strategy going forward. Buggy from the get-go. No pause - will freeze if I put the tablet down and it goes to sleep. Hard restart required. Random freezes, now won't even load the game. All progress lost. Pretty Smelly Big Fish!!

I played the main game but when I try to play the bonus chapter it force closes. I have a Samsung galaxy tab S. I tried to open again and my computer locks up. I have tried several times. I would like to play the bonus chapter please fix.

This game keeps freezing and when I did manage to get in I got weird text in top right corner. When tapping on objects black squares appear. Have uninstalled and will try reinstalling, having paid for it. Hope I can play it :-( update:reinstall has not fixed issues; if anything it is worse. Terribly disappointed and wish I could get my money back.

Bought this game, started playing and it was great! Interesting story lines, great graphics, easy to navigate, levels of difficulty varied in games. But all of a sudden it went black and now every time I try to open the app, it doesn't respond. Such a bummer!

What on earth are all these jerks talking about? I'm pretty tough on noting and highly prefer magic and fantasy. This is a practical, earth to earth job. Here is a game where your search of ALL continues in the bonus game, no glitches, the enigmas are amazing and so different of what I've seen up to now. Very realistic storyline. One learns too finding cards about the 3rd crusade. This IS a GOOD GAME.

This could have been a really good game. The problem for me (and others too) was that the game kept closing, and twice I had to reinstall, losing all progress. I finally managed to nurse it through, but now I cannot continue with the bonus game,because thecentral sherriff's star needed to slide down is positioned just on the corner of the main screeen - out of reach! PLEASE CORRECT THIS! Too late for me however, I've given up!

Paid, installed on my Samsung Galaxy S5 where I was able to get about 1/2 way through the game before it stopped loading properly - froze before main game screen would even come up. I uninstalled and tried installing on my Samsung Tab 3 and I made it onoy as far as finding the torn note on the plane before I had the same problem. Refund or fix it.

Once again,game stops mid game and won't open again.money down the drain.

Great fun. Much the same as Smithsonian in terms of what's on offer. Teleportation task map, morphs, collectibles, good story & music, HO scenes. Just good fun, lovely to look at, engaging, a nifty diversion. Thanks BF and EIPIX. 9/9/15.

Love the H.E. games but this one had a few glitches. The biggest was that the game did not shut down when I turned my ASUS tablet off. The screen was black but I could still hear the game playing. Once I left for 5 hrs & when I got back I could hear the game music on. I can't tell if it used battery as I was charging my tablet at the time. Like others have said, some HOP's were too small & dark (these ones you could not enlarge) & some puzzles would not respond to multiple screen touches. Some mini games instructions were not clear & I had to use the guide. First HE game with glitches.

Tried to open the game have had to unintelligible it and reinstall it to see if it will play again if not then I would like my money back

Would have loved to give it 5 stars becuz I was enjoying it until I had to start over twice! To much money to not be able to play the game!! Very very disappointing. Please believe what most of these ratings are telling you! I usually don't have any problems ever and this game was frustrating!!!!

It keeps freezing after I enter the mobile phone key lock number and it shows me where to look next. I even reloaded and played all over again but did it again at the same point in the game! Please fix or give me a refund.

The game itself is great, but the technical issues are outrageous! So many people ate writing reviews about some pretty major technical problems... I wish everyone would at least say what devices they're using so those who have the same device know what to expect. What I didn't expect tho, was having my Nexus 10 tablet completely freeze up to the point of almost having to do a forced factory reset!!! Big Fish, PLEASE FIX THIS GAME, ASAP, SO WE CAN PLAY IT WITHOUT WORRY!!!!! The game was great until about halfway through. Then it freezes. And once you force stop it, the game will not open back up. I've reinstalled it twice and it still does this. I'd change this rating to a 5 otherwise.

Blocks quite often, need to restart the game few times. Puzzles quite easy. Other than that, ok overall
