Contacted customer service on several occasions with little to no support. With all the available apps on the play store, I would recommend choosing a different developer and product. I explained 4 times that I did follow their instructions did not work and repeatedly asked for assistance . The developer claims "It is still not clear to us why you did not want to follow our provided instructions to solve the issue" The way I see it. They do not stand behind your product, care about customer satisfaction, or want repeat business.
