I've been a member for years.. actually right from the beginning, but they have failed to solve a few major problems. Opponents are still allowed to waste time...leaving you sitting there for ages. Connection problems are beyond irritating with this 3rd class app. The adverts that pop up are VERY worrying. I've finally had enough...it's a shame..but I will be deleting my account. There are now far better chess apps out there that have left this app way behind.

I cannot respond to chats. The support team promises they will fix the issue, but it's only lies so that I can give the app a decent rating. Now my custom board, pieces, and background settings get reset every 2 days. Frustrating app.

I have no connection issues but some times game discontinues with showing no n/w.pls solve otherwise good game Finally uninstalled... Worst team.

I am very disappointed. I had this app when I had my iPhone and I loved it. I was obsessed with chess because of it. I got an android and I redownloaded it and I find out they now have a limit on the number of lessons you can complete if you don't upgrade. Total bs.

the human opponents and the nice community are the only points to install this, but in this regard, those are damn wide ranged and very useful. too bad, analysis isn't free and the trainer sucks. oh well, played here for HUMANS.

Are yoy kidding me? I let my children play this and up pops an ad for another app.. whisper, promoting homosexuality "i'm in love with my boyfriends sister." I have NEVER used anything of this nature. Severely disappointed. Not what I would consider family friendly

I think this app is horrible simply.. I'm a diamond member, but I don't think i will be for much longer. There's other chess sites that don't disconnect and lag so much. Main dislikes is the constant disconnection, no order at all in the videos section. Tactics, lessons and drills bugs and crashes when turning the mobile or screen goes off. Specially drills bugs and just repeats the same one over and over when you finished instead of going to the next one. Also, app was unhappy I was logged in on my turned off computer.. come on..

Great app for chess, probably the best. Unfortunately it is sporadic in notifications. Does not always tell you when a game has started nor when your opponent has made their move.

My only complaint with this app is that the Daily Puzzles only allow for a single solution, and the solution doesn't always make sense. Other than that, it's great. I use it every day.

The only thing this app lacks at the time is joining clubs and club activities. Apart, it is good. I hope we will see the lacking feature soon

Android 7 on a Samsung Note 8. In live games there is no sound when you move the pieces. Zero. BUT when using the arrows to play through the games the sound is fine. No good.

This is the best chess app. Previously I used to play a lot of chess using this app but after my phone upgrade it always says challenge failure

Why do they care if we abort? I only want to improve my chess. I do not want to play people who will only waste my time.

Worst app of chess I have ever played. The internet connection becomes always unstable despite high speed mobile network.

Great game but somehow hijacks your email account. I logged in with my Facebook account which uses a separate email ad. But somehow I started receiving emails in my account logged on my device!

If I try to go to the daily tournament page it takes me to the web page and does not work well. Please also support to screen mode. It will be a great addition.

Third class app with worst ever server or problem in application.... Sended many screen shots of problems but there hasn't been any solution to this.... Solution was suggested by them to clear the cache in app then uninstall the app and again reinstall the app but tragedy is that it doesn't solve the problem.... Wrote another mail to dem but this time around no response from them..... I want to flag this app as inappropriate.....!!!

Great app but there is an add for improving your game blinking down at the bottom nearly gives me a siezure and it seems intentional.... Edit: quick update fixed it :)

Please stop showing semi nude ads, its disgusting. else its a good app to play online chess.

Crisp interface... The app still had some lags compared to the site domain!... Stay with the good work & keep improving!... Best wishes!!

Ver nice interface. Smooth gameplay, can find matches in seconds. Haven't experienced any problems as of Jan. 2016

Have used this app extensively, and as a result, my chess skills have improved immensly (and continually do such).

Not able to take the paid service, since i don't have credit card, my payment options are considered as not eligible. Mode of payment for paid versions requires lots of improvement.

Why in the world would you allow a vacation button?? That feature sucks and I believe people will do this on purpose from fear of losing there rating

Been a paid member since 2011 however circumstances change and was not able to pay for the years membership and when I asked if they had options for me to continue to be a member they said sorry and suggested either trying to look at the lower end of membership or using free part of the app however the free part is restricted access to the amount of the games you are able to play or tournaments in which you can join after 6/7 years of paid membership I am tossed aside even when there was a issue with people cheating and I was told that it would be sorted out and I was told that I would receive a email with the outcome I have not got any thing in relation to the issues subsequently I was disregarded as at the time my membership had expired and the cheat was a member so I guess I was looked at as the less important than cheat as he suffered no penalty for cheating. Apart from those things all in all the comuntiny is world wide and generally enjoyable experience

It's complete garbage the game loses it's sound, I tried reinstalling it, I tried directly deleting the sound files in order to redownload. I just can't get the sound back, this has happened to me in my current phone and others as well.

Loved it. I'm a beginner and in a couple of weeks of practice I could feel the improvement against my friends. Had to pay of course, but if you like chess and want to improve it's really worth the price.

Good app but technical issues with each and every update reported by many forum members.

I want to disable email alerts, I have this set to off in the notification settings but I am still receiving emails

Good game I I m a pro player if chess but this game still improved my skills and the player version is also superb and I enjoy it but still need to improve on the clumsy controls

This game is horrible you can't use the castle strat or really any of the good strats! It's horrible!

I really liked it It helps you to improve your playstyle ,but I wish they make more puzzels and lessons for free to play players . As my country's currency is really don't really worth anything thats why its too expensive for me to get premium account . Great App though

Simply the best, has so many resources and big name players tied to its contents...only chess app u will ever need trust me

It has been a good app but recently is disconnecting a lot which is very annoying! Or fix it or you will be checkmate very soon!

The sound doesn t work ,after a couple of days it s stops ,it doesn t work

Everything's great, but more customizability always improves my outlook on particular games/apps.

The tactics and lessons are phenomenal. The app quickly matches you with an opponent of equal skill and rating. Of course there is the option to play the computer. Great app!

Nice game, I like it but the only drawback is, it is loosing network frequently even I have full internet network which is disappointing me.....
