This is a 15 turn version of Conflicts: Italian Campaign 19431-1945, which is a turn based strategy game set on the Mediterranean Theater during the Second World War.


You are in command of the Allied forces invading the Italy - the soft underbelly of the axis.While Italians didn't have too much fight left in them, the German armed forces threw in their mountain and paratrooper formations, making the Allied progress in the middle of the mountains very slow, and painstakingly costly.

In order to be a victorious general, you must learn to coordinate your attacks in two ways. First, as adjacent units give support to an attacking unit, keep your units in groups in order to gain local superiority. Secondly, it is rarely the best idea to use brute force when it is possible to encircle the enemy and cut off its supply lines instead.
