Horror Story:Darkness Appears

Ok when I had to stop playing cuz I was busy than I wanted to come back I had to START OVER THE WHOLE CHAPTER even when I turned off my phone I had yo start over

It puts the emphasis on the Story rather than the actual gameplay, which takes a back seat and quite frankly that ISN'T a bad thing. The story creates a very real foreboding sense of dread and keeps you playing just to see how the game will end, regardless of the fact that it certainly will be a very bad demise for the games protaganists. The game can be played in one playthrough (took me 90 minutes roundabout ) and I believe that plays to the games strengths. The Music in the game is worth mentioning in particular because I felt greatly contributed to the games overall creepyness factor and makes the story that much more unnerving! I highly recommend playing "Darkness Appears" late at night with Headphones on and all the lights turned off

I played Blood Sick and it was pretty good. This thing keeps force closing! It's annoying!

I love dema app very much. I played many games .Such as secret cabin, hotel paranoia 1 and paranoia 2, haunted school 1and 2,blood sick , horror story the accursed,hidden silence and then this. Woww !

The Developers did create a terrific game. I enjoyed the story line, and for a free game, I would recommend downloading it. The only things that I would like to see change on their games is having the characters be able to do more than just walking around, and make the games scarier as theres no horror at all right now in them. Even without those items, I still enjoyed playing this game.

Now thats what Im talking about! It dragged, dont get me wrong but twist was good on that one. Needs improvement but it was good. I honestly thought he was cheating on her for those buisness trips, wouldve added more to the story but whatever I guess, death came anyway! Well, evil spirit came anyway. May I suggest more plot development for the next game?

Aside from the fact that all you can do is move the player from one spot to another, the dialogue drags on with the one sentence here and one sentence there. Too many ads and not scary. On the positive side the story line is good just wish I could adventure more and not get stuck in dialogue.

A nice scary haunting story, fun! Still doesn't make up for the terrible Haunted School duology, and nothing ever will. And since the devs couldn't care less - all that's left to do is rate 1.

Dema-Apps games are the best short story games of the century. I was lost in gaming before I found them. I played blood sick and loved it. This will be my second game! SO EXCITED!
