MACE Defense is a classic tower defense game with unique towers and enemies and an ingame shop system for getting better towers, upgrade existing towers and buy special items (Atom Bomb, Splash Bomb, Air supply).
You can earn coins for the shop with getting boss enemies, saved lives and unlock new maps.
But it is not only placing, upgrading or selling a tower - in M.A.C.E. TD you can improve your game play with placing mines, Block walls and electric Fields direct on the path and you can also take control over a tower s direction and target. This player controlled action is a unique game mode within a defense game for hitting the enemy you want!

M.A.C.E. is the epitome of the new cohesion of all peoples of the earth to fight against the aliens to serve life on earth in a military path.
Heavy fights rages on earth against incoming alien ships, the M.A.C.E. units are to prevent the construction of additional land bases for the alien ships. Be a part of M.A.C.E. and fight against the intruding species and save our planet earth.

Good TD game. Player is forced to do a little more grinding that I'd like to have, but otherwise is great overall. Game can be finished without in-app purchases. Bonus review points for the limitations of the towers that make it a good strategy game, as well as the forced focus of the towers that can get the best results from the laser tower. Some negative points goes to the bright lights and explosions that get annoying after a while -- I had to use the zoom just to have some rest for my eyes.

The top 3 scores on the leaderboard are not possible with only 70 level .and if there are I want to know how the game bases score on for everything and u say u can't get cheater removed from leaderboard now u also are lieing.i bet those players got those scores in a early version of the game And the unlimited lvl u do keep the score .again why not

Hit wave 256 on level 1, and it force closed the app. Now I won't get any benefit for spending the last 40 minutes of my life literally watching creeps die. Uninstalled.

My time is not endless so i generally don't spend my time on reviews. But for this app... Yes. It is a good app overall, ofcourse that there is room for improvement but that comes with time of the gamers like it. I got this game through Amazon, the add free version and 3000 coins that I have stupidly spent because I was thinking that I am anyway not going to play this game for too long. I was wrong. People say that it is too hard to play but it is balanced. I like it a lot.

You have to do serious grinding to earn enough credits for upgrades... Or you buy with real cash. You need upgrades to progress. Don't bother downloading.

Towers randomly miss the targets. Towers don't shoot first creep first. They defaulted to shoot last. And tower control is asinine, you can shoot what you can't see ur finger is in the way...

Excellent game! In app purchases help to get through the levels quickly, but it is entirely possible to play and enjoy without the in app purchases. And the developers are very responsive! They released an update that severely messed things up, but had it fixed within about 5 hours of me emailing them. Great work, guys!

This one is a mixed bag. The graphics are good, and there are plenty of missions (all free!). However, if you aren't willing to pay, it takes a bit of grinding before you can complete the later levels. (Besides getting rid of the ads, which aren't too obnoxious anyway, everything is available to free players.) This would be a really great time killer, if it wasn't for the balance problems. A well balanced TD gives you reason to use all tower types, ideally to where you can have fun playing the same mission over and over with different build strategies. Unfortunately, the only way to beat later levels is to race until you can afford an artillery, and then just keep build all artilleries. Other towers are largely a waste. (That said, nailing enemies as they appear with 20+ artilleries that can reach from one end of the map to the other is... deliciously satisfying.)
