This game is impressive and cool, fun to play but why is there a steering wheel at the bottom the LYPD square car I don't know why that is but cool game though. And can you add multiplayer and stuff

Like the game but can you add getting out of your car and pulling people over and guns and peoplepolice stason gas shootouts add calling in for swat medical and police officers and moltoplayer add road lights police tickets.

I can't see the road with that camera. Also the first car from top & left has steering at the bottom of the car while the muscle car has rear wheels which are not in correct position.
