Prize Claw

I'd give it five starts but recently I've been having some glitches with the grabs. I'll sign on and have 30 thanks to the daily bonus then later on when I decide to play it I had 18. Today I decided to play for the first time and I had 10. I love the game and played it for a while after it came out on the Kindle and seen it was on here do I downloaded it. If you fix the bugs I'll change the star rating. Other then that it's a great game that I love!

Since installing the game I paid to remove ads, I still get ads and a new ad is now causing the game to crash. I am not happy and considering ditching the game from my device. It was a total waste of money paying to remove the ads, I feel like I have been conned out of my money.

It constantly crashes and when I load it back up all my 20 grabs were at zero. Very frustrating. And too many adds. Fix it or update it. Love the game but doesn't work right. If it happens again im deleting it

Very fun game. Doesnt get boring. The only problem i had was the bug with the claw. I spent a lot of hard earned coins to buy a stronger claw and it still drops things easily and wastes my grabs. Please get this fixed in your next update. Thank u

I used to love this app, until it updated and reset me back to Level 1. I was up to 255 in the arcade and 200 for the space machine. Won't be playing it anymore. Lost all my progress, all my claws. Need to update the app to let you buy grabs with coins

Guide the claw to pick up prizes. Sounds kinda boring, but there's so many missions & themes that it's exciting just waiting for what's next. Different options like trading in your prizes for extras that help you with your game. It's fun to play whenever I have a few minutes to unwind.

Fun game. The only problem is to get more grabs some of the apps are scam. The other apps when you loade them and play them you dont get your free grabs points. I downloaded 5 things and never got any of my free grabs. I wouldnt recamend playing the game till its fixed.

I've got up to level 4 twice and both times I have closed the game down for a while and opened it again and its started me from level 1. Can't be bothered to start it again so uninstalling.

Everything is fun, but if you're trying to receive free grabs. Be careful of the offers. They are either not real, won't work or send you in a run around. And there is not a good customer service set in place to redeem what's owed to you.

This makes several times now I've completed the required task to find out that you reneged oncthe prize. Will not ever again do any tasks you may assign. Complete and utter crap

Old phone broke and I lost everything on my games... My space level and prizes levels etc... Any help n I would greatly appreciate it

I've been trying to get the free moves by doing the downloads etc. Well I complete them and never have o got the moves. I'm upset. I want to delete the game

Watching videos and downloading other games for the free grabs. An its not giving me the grabs like its suppose to. Good game other than that. Giving 1 star because it wont give me the free grabs after i complete what it says. I am using the samsung galaxy s6 edge

The game used to be fun, but as you progress and have to spend coins for better claws they get worse and worse. It takes forever to earn grabs and the missions are repetitive and bland. It's the same thing over and over again with too long of a wait. Ads pop up constantly and it crashes another game of mine everytime. I'm uninstallling.

Currently on level 27... but if I get up to level 30+ and stay off the game for a few hours, I come back and I'm back at level 27... good game but this is pi$$ing me off.

Tech support is pointless. I have completed several tasks & haven't received my free grabs for any except 1, & no one will even read my email. They only read the subject & I get a computer generated reply. What happened to my favorite game?

Great game, addictive. But sometimes wen u r collecting ur prizes they get stuck in the slot hence u can't complete task on top of screen . Very annoying. Ok so I deleted this game ages ago due to prizes getting stuck in slot and also the task at top of screen freezing. But I reinstalled it recently and ye obviously have not fixed a thing as, Like at moment I have to collect 9 toys and I have 8 out of 9, but when I keep collecting it still says 8 out of 9 toys. Hence I can't complete it. Please fix

I love love this game. But lately I've been missing grabs from offers and when I try to submit a ticket it says my email isn't real. It glitches and will freeze mid grab. It even froze a 5 coin in the middle of the open claw): i wish it would work otherwise id play it all the time

The game is fun. But pop up ads are ruining the game experience. It wasn't bad until a year ago, now pop ups show up every min . Free games have ads, but this is far worse than 90% of the games.

Grabs come too slow. Why have a game to just sit and watch ads for 2 minutes. You might have a grab but as soon as you do right back to ads. Keep the concept but fix the above and you will be on to something.

Waaaay too many ads for other games. Had three stars but dropped it to one for reason I just mentioned. Plus 15 minutes offline equals one grab.....way too long. Considering you max out at a certain amount it would make more sense and encourage people to play more often if it was changed to every 5 minutes.

I have owned this game on a few different devices and I am impressed with the improved game play from when I first played, but now I have watched 3trailers and also got 102 on the cross road tapjoy game and not received any of my free grabs, I am seriously not impressed, also why does the counter stop regeneration when your in the store or in a menu, this should not effect if the game is open,I hope the small bugs are fixed soon. I am not willing to keep playing until I get my grabs

Please tell me why you have the option to do things to get free grabs, but when you do them it doesn't give you anything. I like the game but there really should be an easier way to get grabs. (Edit) Lowered my rating because the last two times I have gone to play my claws have disappeared. It said I had 20 then when I went to play I had none. -.-

I enjoyed playing the game but I quickly ran out of grabs so I download an app from the free grab offers and played the app as instructed and didn't receive my free grabs. So I emailed the company and they never made sure I received what was owed to me so if I could I'd give this game a zero

This a very fun game. I love this game, but I do have a complaint now. Lately I go in and will have quite a few grabs and don't use them wanted to wait until I was at my max. Went back in a few mins later was down from 33 to 10 now down to 3. This has happened a few to.es before. Please fix.

If you don't play your moves back to back it will take over entire screen to play ad very loud even if your listen to music or podcast. I'm erasing this game it's so annoying. It's too bad the game is good but they clearly got greedy

I really love this game but now that I am past level 60, I've started having trouble with bugs in the game. Ex. I will grab a prize and the claw won't release it. Or the image stays when I go to grab another prize, Or the joystick will freeze and won't move the claw. I just started having trouble like this. Please fix ...

Iv had this game a while and on all my phones iv ever had and all of a sudden u guys change the claws!!! Why??? It use to have wiggle room like the real prize claw games and now its so robotic its boring!!! Change it back so its like the real life games!!! It was way more fun!! So disapointed!!! This is the reason I never downloaded the 2nd prize claw again!!! I will not play it now till its back to the good old version!! So sad!!!

I like the overall gameplay, and will continue to play, but don't play as much or as often because of the pop up adds. The constant pop up when i run out of grabs is the most annoying. Especially since it is in game, trying to sell more grabs. If i could opt out of the pop up after the first dozen or so times, i might even be tempted to buy some....lol.

Have to wait too long for more grabs & for energy to replenish. Claw drops things too often & then you lose ur allotted grabs for the day, then u have to buy if u want more. I'd rather have ads & a truly free game. Overall a really good free game & nice to just relax & play.

Ran out of grabs quickly, tried multiple promotions for extra grabs. Multiple times I received nothing. This is disrespectful and somebody received benefits from my time, and my surveys but they didn't even pass on some extra grabs like they promised. Liars.

But after a while it gets very boring. It was really fun at first but then in the next 2 days I was bored playing this game. I rate this about 3.2 stars. All you really do is play a claw machine the whole time, and it's not that fun. Please add more elements. ;-)

I've played this game for a while now. It's so addictive! But lately so bugged!!! Please fix it, cuz i have to restart all the freaking time now. For ppl whining about ads; turn off your internet. Done.

I love this game the only down side is that there are little glitches but that might just be my phone. When the game loads up it says that even if you don't get near a prize you will get one when i go and catch the prize i miss i still get it but then it drops .

I look forward to playing it, it's crazy, I never thought I would be one of those people, Always on their phone playing some game every time you see them, But I guess You Just Have To Find The Right Game to turn into One Of Those PEOPLE. This game, "PRIZE CLAW" did me. I'm hooked!

Love it sooooooooo much. I had game n phone is messed up and i was on level 56 and now i gotta start over. Wish there was a way to transfer everything to new phone. Well if anyone wants to play fun addicting games then download this 1.....

At first my kid loved it but when you run out of grabs it takes forever to get more. I did the get free grabs for her but they NEVER give you the credit even if you see on your screen that you got them. Too much hassle for a simple game
