It was getting hacked one day and admin came to table. Asked point blank "is it random?" He said, "No". Back to back flushes, four of a kind cards on table at once, constantly. Seems the backend is not sized to deal with peaks which often ends in timeouts.. The game itself is of high quality and 5 stars worth unfortunately operations kills all the fun (and stars)

Because your app blacked out it removed the 100 mil and now you need to replace them. It's that simple!!!! So go ahead and get my chips back on there already!!!

I used my debit card to buy chips the game took the money but gave me absolutely nothing i have left several comments and now the game wont work at all and its clear give me what i paid for or refund my money

My user name is scott gunny gunther. This is the second time I have hit the jackpot on snow days and it only paid me a 125,000 chips. Also it shows in the payout table that there are Christmas trees as the second highest payout but nobody has seen any Christmas trees.
