Should have nore classes like thief and acolyte..also a merchat. At lvl50 it started frustrated because the sp for skill is 900+ even its lvl 1 skill.

having to click "confirm" every time you receive something is really annoying. Also still unable to use team battle function.

Stupid game. Only one straight move. Not RPG or mmrpg.. disappointed.

I have enjoyed this game since release uptil today i was to leave a review but i cant get past 80% load so cant play cant rate. Will change when fixed

Very nice game. But the button somehow kinda lagging. Not a big problem but i hope devs team fix this.

I love the game. It has most of the aspects of the original without the "having to move around manually". Perfect for people who don't have time to play rpgs but still want the "leveling up" experience. There are people who pay to get more daily bonuses but I've made characters with and without those boosts and you can still advance quickly if you know what to do and what to save. All in all, worth downloading IMO.

I was trying to hit the free one daily spin button for a pet and missed it with my finger and hit 880 gem purchase right below it. It instantly took all my hard work (I never used any gems) without confirmation. I was so disheartened so I uninstalled. I doubt I'll get a response or the gems back. I'm glad I didn't pay SVIP last night in case something like this happened.

It's a very good way to pass time. More of a chat than a game. I'm lowering rating, because every other thing I send in chat just disappears. Says something about don't send websites, but I didn't send one. Just typed as I am now. It gets annoying that I can't have a conversation because everything other line I type disappeared.

Before this update I am using this app fluently but after you release the update and change tje sever I can't play anymore. The server seems to be so lag. Downloading 6MB additional system files seems to a hard file to be download. Sever can't be reach. Unresponsive server.

Started playing the game and was enjoying it. Decided to spent some money on it and this is where my issue with the development team began. I have sent requests for support via in game methods around 5 times now. Email requests also and multiple requests via Facebook support too. Over 20 requests in total over three weeks now and not ONE SINGLE REPLY to help me with the issue I had spending the IN GAME currency I spent money on. I cannot recommend anyone spending a penny on this game since the developers are definitely not here to help you in any way, shape or form. All they give you is copy and paste responses that do not in any way try to fix your issues. Seriously, half the time the response isn't even in reply to your request. Do not support this type of service. Save your money and spend it on worthy development teams looking to help customers instead of milk them dry.

The game would be infinitely better if it had confirmation pop ups when spending rubies, twice now the game has froze and I've accidentally spent 220 rubies on quick explore. Please add a confirmation window when tapping any option that spends rubies. I've noticed others in chat having the same problem, it is very frustrating. Player ID 442241

Now has taken 880 of my gems because it has zero confirmation boxes on purchases with buttons 1/6th of the screen. One dropped phone caught? 10 dollars spent immediately.

After i clicked Challenge Boss, i immediately logged out. And now i can't log in. It keeps on saying Network Error, Try Again. Please help me guys!! My characters are ExAngel and SwordBreaker. I am Level 60+

I never played the pc version of this game. But i really liked the anime-like graphics and the gameplay suits me. I dont need quite a lot of time to progress in the game but still i made a lots of friends in-game. Two thumbs up devs!

Im one of the first player of this game. Im addicted but, i have problem with PET balance leveling. SUPER hard to get pet food and almost all of my pet stucked at maxlvl60 can't intimate for long period of time until now. Please increase food source im starting to be bored

Couldn't even play the game - Uninstalled after waiting over an hour to download the content. Just make the app 90mb on the app store and people might actually be able to start it. Reply for 2017-10-03: 1) Canada 2) Bell, 50mbs Up/Down 3) Doesn't speed things up, even with LTE 4) Google Pixel XL

Not balance game, easy to play but very difficult to change job, exploration system. Couldn't find help or explanation when you confuse. Chat screen is too big and very annoying when people are keep talking in their native language!

It was pretty good. Played consistently for a few days. The grinding ramp for "job change 2" and areas beyond #68 turned me off. Maybe 10-15 hours enjoyable play until hitting a wall.

I love this game. Its very addicting.. But there's one more thing I want. Please developer.. Can you add all job classes from the original ragnarok.. Like thief and acolyte and also alternate jobs too.. Developer please hear me out.. Thanks..

Stuck at 80% loading after latest patch. Going to miss out on the daily prizes and the developers probably won't make up for their mistake. If they do, it will be small and have no real value. VIP or SVIP preferred as compensation.

A fan of this, but some things can be improved: 1. Auto compose gems button. 2. Auto equip gems button. 3. Pet explore success shows max possible % success, not 'certainly, possible, probably' 4. Pvp shows correct moveset, or matches you with enemy avatar with correct moveset, not current moveset Please consider working on these feedback, so that we may enjoy your game more and you may earn more money. i used to just sit around Morroc chatting with people. now i can do it while progressing. the game handles the grind for me and all i need to worry about is selling loot, chatting it up, and other superficial fun stuff. love it!

This game is good for a 'freemium' model. A little better than most as they give you a lot of the premium currency through daily quests and achievements. However, the issue I have with this game is so annoying and detracts so much from the experience. There is a giant problem with touch detection. I have a Note8 and a friend has an S8 plus, we both have this issue and it's so annoying to repeatedly have to press buttons up to 5 times. Especially if you're trying to feed your pets or press a lot of smaller buttons. TLDR; Great gameplay, horrible touch detection

This game was good when it came out but sadly, it seems to be getting worse. First of all, support is bad as they somehow don't seem to understand your question and gives answers that do not answer your question. Second issue is you can't delete your second or third character. The developer doesn't seem to want to address the issue. Third issue is the lack of character options. You can only choose 3 classes after novice and there are no other branches after that, unlike the previous RO games. Fourth issue is the challenge refresh time. They make you wait for 18 minutes before you are able to challenge a boss map again, which is ridiculous. Last issue is how the game benefit paying players a lot. You can only start a guild when you bought the VIP or SVIP. Players who never spend money can't make their own guild. Even their event was made for players who spend money. Non paying players do not benefit from the event. I understand that the company needs to make money as well but if players feel that those who pay have an overwhelming advantage, then it shows that the game is biased towards those who spend money.

Nostalgic with this game, this one is easy, even you sleep can farming, so we do not waste our time for unnecessary things, but regret less only have 3 jobs and also almost identical skill one for another only with different name, and more pro for svip or pay for game, f2p will get some difficulty.

This game is surprisingly good, but you should add an option to turn off in-game chat. I'm sick of having to look at people talking politics or asking for nudes when I just want to use the challenge/map/accelerate buttons.

After i update v.2.2.2 i cant play this game anymore,before update i had no problem at all but now only network error pop up even though i had good connection,tried talk to support but no reply,really disappointed

This is mindless even for an idle game. There's no compelling hook at all. Just walk and attack. Equip identical gear. Rinse and repeat. Also, the game is very poorly translated to English. It's very hard to understand the descriptions of the items and game mechanics.

Tried to play, deleted. Got to pvp level, it says to use ticked to fight 5 people ... 1st ticket, couldnt attack anyone because they were already pvping, then it just kicked me out and closed the arena when i havent fought anyone. 2nd time i managed to fight once, then it kicked me out again. More minor issues like honor points to learn new spells that you gaing slow as hell? Or not being able to make own guild unless yous pend money to be vip...

I am deleting this game! such a waste of time. I cannot log in to my account since the update. I'm still stuck in a loop saying "Connecting". I already send a report and message you through facebook but no assistance given.

No support they just want to get your money. Being SVIP doesnt even have much of an advantage against free players. Plus if you report a bug devs will just ignore it.

Thank you for developing such game that brings nostalgia for us RO fans.  I've played the game for 3 days now and I have to say, it's addictive, fun and relax game. The only thing that bothers me about the system is the chat room. I'm not saying that it's not ok, but there are a lot of the players in the chat room that are so disrespectful to other players, especially those who throw abusive language, profanity, and even sexually harassing others.  I would just like to point it out directly to you, developers, so you could have a thing for the next update of the game. For my own point of perspective, I think it is recommended that you put up chat moderators that temporarily blocks players on the chat section who's disrespectful. I have fun with this game, amd I think I can play this for a long time. Keep up the good work game devs!

It's okay. The game centers around being idle which is fine if you just want a game that you check into every now and then. Anymore than that the game starts to lag behind in playability.

The game is quite nice. Only thing is, the skills for all jobs are the same, different names but the same. A "help" options should be added to help players understand stats distribution because based on experience, there's no visual change regardless if your aspd is high or not. Agi pretty much is useless because all monsters and players do not miss anyway. Another is those costumes. I think you guys can earn a lot more if you sell those costumes at $1 to $3 each instead of going through the expensive svip to get them. Last thing, I hope assassin comes out soon.
