Found a glitch or bug at the ending section of footprint puzzle It shows 2 human footprints at same time , how to figure it out , please solve the same as soon as possible , otherwise , great game , played all till now

For some reason I can't tap to rotate the bullet (not just this game but other games as well, there are stuffs that I can't move around for some reason despite how I tap them). The puzzle sometime doesn't make sense, like I solved it using the hint given and the answer is incorrect based on my solution (the ski path for example)

I still really like you're games, i have played all of them, but the last few have gotten was to hard on some puzzles with no free hint as to what to do, or how to figure out a combination for lock like in this game. First time i ever gave you guys less then 5 stars.

I'm annoyed. It was working just fine till the end where we should not let Jay get away. I quit the level and tried again but the sparkly circle thing doesn't come and it doesn't allow me to play!! What do I do?? I'm crying right now because I can't finish it and if I can't finish it... That's just sad.
