Devils & Demons - Arena Wars

Nice game, but since I completed the tutorial and the first area it has become a case of ads, ads, ads. I don't mind ads as a whole, but this amount in so short a time shows me the devs are just trying to force players to pay to remove them.

Great game Slow Pace, boarder line unbearable but seems promissing for higher levels. Sad but by the 3 rd main mission the game tells you that the mission is way to hard to even let you try and do side missions to gain xp B4 progressing. A heck of a lot of potintal but still not bad. NOTE there are ADDS unless you pay and Cash Players would most prob. Have a better time but Hopfully the do a "Event" and maybe send out some mail rewards or something to give players more options than they get now.

This is an awesome game! It reminds me of the Dungeons and Dragons game that was released for the PSP a few years ago. Actually it is a lot cooler as the graphics are way better and it really easy to learn how to play. It looks awesome on my tablet and so far I have had no problem with the game. It runs smoothly and i have only spent $2.99 to remove the ads which is well worth it for continual play. Also if you get it off google play then you are able to save to the google cloud! Definite 5 star game!

Great turn based combat and movement. The touch based system is a bit clunky on my Moto Z, but that doesn't take away from the enjoyment. Nice graphics.

Too hard after a couple of battles. No luck for a normal player, abandoned it after 1 hour. Up until then I thought this was the best turn based rpg for me. Shame.

Really wanted to like it but mediocre graphics, sluggish controls and annoying cut between every turn ruins it. I was always clicking an attack button before movement was complete apparently. I mean seriously, EVERY time.

Fun spending time characterizing what you read throughout the story and taking turns with weaker enemies is always a plus ...easy to do task makes this game one of my favorite ..worth the time playing for all the fun good reasons. Need more games alike !

Too many ads, too many load screens (with ads) the game has a good idea, and several good things but somehow the result is kinda boring. The loading screens or ads don't help.

Enjoyable game, tactics are good, choices for improvements are varied. WAY too many ads and prompts for information, probably going to stop playing soon because of that.

I LOVE THIS GAME. IT'S Literally D&D IN A ELECTRONIC GAME FORM! you move all your men, make all your moves, cast your spells, heal, ECT..... Then the ELECTRONIC D.M. moves the enemy. The only thing I would love is, a tutorial phase (especially for newbie's) ... or a setting that freezes the game and then you can click on all the Icons and the game would tell you what it stands for and does to make it easier to learn them. (oh, and more gold available in the game maps, for those of us who are just old broke disabled fellows who can't afford to spend real money to buy gold. But otherwise, this is a dam good game. and it's not that dreadful fast pase hack and slash.

It's not too heavy and not too simple. Gameplay is simple. Ideal if you want to play something interesting but don't have time to spend on learning how play it

Very fun. Could use some extra animation but it is still one of the best I've found this year. Great table top feel. If you made a physical version I'd buy it without a doubt. Dooo iiiit! :)

Decent game. If it auto switched to your next character after you used up all the ap on your other character itd make it better. And to toggle auto end turn after all ap in all characters are used.

Just wish the controls were a little smoother. They feel clunky at times

While I acually really enjoy the gameplay a lot, it's exactly the type of game I look for. I also experienced a bug that would not allow me to progress in the game, and I ended up starting the whole game over. And I've had NPCs block me from finishing missions so that I had to forfit the mission.

Barely got through the second stage and so far im loving the game at first glance i thought the controls needed work but now i think they're very fluid. Excellent game

Its a lot like heroes of might and magic 4, I'm sure if you loved that game you'll love this. 10/10

Not too easy and not too short,i enjoy the final fantasy tactics game play and the classes are pretty good

I will 're grade it after next level .If it keeps up this I might give it 5 stars but that's not likely we will see.

Last two times I downloaded, different phones, I got the same virus. Unroll then game was very fun

I love this game , I know , I know sound strange , but its really impressive . It has everything what should be here , maybe there's sprite's graphics , maybe dialogues without choices , but there's good control , graphics looks sweet and storyline on big game's level , and big reward for you attention - its hard and interesting strategy ...

Some of the ads are too long/annoying. Pretty good game. Wish levelling up was cheaper.

If you want to make a game free, and get revenue through adds, don't force the player to see adds EVERY FREAKING MINUTE, LITERALLY, the game shows a 5 to 30 seconds add for EVERY MINUTE that you play, this is simply stupid, and most of the adds are for games THAT I ALREADY HAVE INSTALLED, like, seriously?

Very good turn based strategy. Need to think before act and before deciding which spell to use. The maps are also quite good. Also happy to see ad banner removed hence not blocking one third of screen like townsmen. But lack of animation of movement. Movement feels like dragging them. Would definitely want to have feet movement animation even if that involves another 100mb to the game.

Overall great game reminds me of some of the classics. However, I think some of the arena matches can last way too long and not mention the amount of ads. The game could use a basic inventory system or where enemies drop items that certain characters can equip in or post-game. Also, what about implementing a market where you buy, sell, or trade items for gold and vice versa? Once again, great game just needs a few tweaks to be perfect. I thoroughly enjoy the voice acting and cut scenes, too!

For what it is (turn based rpg) it's pretty descent. Plenty of options to build your party. Ads aren't overwhelming. Graphics are good, as others have mentioned, but it's little wonder as most of the maps are the same. The biggest drawback for me is gold. I level up far faster than the gold required to level my skills so my skills are always several levels lower than my characters are and the game isn't big enough or involved enough to encourage grinding. You can earn descent gold in the arenas but you have to pay to join them. Overall the game is an okay time killer but nothing more.

Well, still a great game, but once you have finished the campaign and done quite a bit in arena, its a flat experience. Really need a campaign upgrade or this one goes away as a could have been more type experience.

Ok game, could be so much better. The load screen that appears every time you end your turn is so distracting, just as are the big giant plaques covering the screen indicating whose turn it is. Annoying how you have to walk so far to exit a board you completed. Can watch ads for free gold but you are also forced to watch full 30 second ads sometimes between turns. Graphics are neat, reminds me of HOMM.

So far this is an awesome game. I will edit this review if I find any constructive criticism. 1- get rid of having to wait for your players to heal after a battle please. Thank you for all your hard work!

I like it, I find time flies while playing it. I only wish that, after enemies are cleared and exit is made available, you didn't still have to go through turns. I like to search the area for stuff and going through the turns while doing so is a little annoying.

I have lost my data even I am saving it to google cloud but all of the sudden its showing no save available. How can I get back my lost progress. All achievement are there . Now I got my progress but my all heroes are absent . What the hell is going on .

Handy game always has something different then other developers.. And also Java version of devil's and demons was a great game. But it's sham to watching that now days we won't get any great games like this because of noob developers..

This is really a pretty good game and ive been enjoying it but the obscene number of ads packed into this game kill it. Its disgusting howany ads they pack in and it totally takes you out of the game. I know there is an ad free version but these ads left such a sour taste in my mouth that i wont even buy the ad free version.

...and that's an automatic 1-star rating for me. Otherwise, this is a turn-based RPG on a hex map layout, with a variety of characters. It's a good game, but it suffers from a lack of animations and character facing.

Cell phone games tend to bore me quickly. This rare gem hasn't. Graphics and gameplay are fun, I am constantly running my battery dead playing it. Its a turn-based game made right. Try for yourself.

Please dev add animated story line with map view(like full mini map view on corner with unit location and it expands to full map so we can plan our moves without having to scroll endlessly) for each mission,like a movie cut just before mission starts so it fells more cinematic and add more extra animations/elements to maps to make it awesome to watch,seriously maps are cool but very low on minute details.

Problem with these mobile games is that they can't be as involving as a PC game. This one is good as they go and toy don't need to buy anything to get far into the game.

I absolutely love this game. I have been looking for a turn based, table top style rpg for a long time now, and I have found it. Good games of this type, are rare. But here is one, and I highly recommend it to rpg players... excellent job... Question,.. Is there an actual board game of this??? Please get back to me on that
