I was thrilled with this app since I want to specialise in forensic medicine but it's not what I thought at all. It's not user friendly. If you make a mistake you have to start all over again. The questions are something original but there should be at least a review as to what you answered wrong and what right. If you don't want to give a review then you could add a textbook. For example to complete case 1 study chapters "x, y, z"

No check points in each stories. You really have to excel in every topcs in order to finish the whole cases as you wont know what will be asked. Will be better if there's check points and correct answers will be displayed. Also the game cannot successfully run in some smartphone like asus
