Kingdom Rush Frontiers

I dont usually play TD games but this one caught my eye. Im glad it did. This game is brilliant. Its gorgeous to look at and plays great. Here's the thing. You only get about four heroes to use! The rest are behind a paywall! 99 cents? More like 15 bucks. Atleast give us a way to unlock the others. Or at the VERY least have a bundle so we can buy the heros in bulk not individually

This is a great sequel to the original game. It gives you exactly want you want in a sequel, new tower types, more heros and new enemies. The most significant new addition to the series is the capability to upgrade your heros as you level them up. Super fun and just the right amount of challenge. Plus this franchise gives you a sense of completion. This is a true game, with an end goal, not an endless waste of time like many other modern phone games.

Awesome Game. I played the free Kingdom Rush and loved it so much that I actually bought this game. It's super addicting, if you love tower defense games you will not be disappointed. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 is because there are still in game purchases. Some hero's cost up to 10 dollars (more than the game itself) I was hoping since you have to buy the game I would get access to everything but that's not the case, you can only unlock 4 hero's out of 12 or so the rest range from $4 to $10.

Frontier contain many challenge, require lots different strategy and force player be clever. All map have thoughtful design, big part of game fun. Nice that storyline exist, even though simple. Tower upgrade tree make for many possibility, though would like more base tower variety. Biggest issue that not any fast-forward option, so replay level always take long. Still game is fun and great so do play it.

I love this game and origins but this one is alot harder nearly upgraded everything and still struggling to do mission on easiest setting!. Plus taken away the bow and arrows off the men that helped with flying types. I like it when you can have more then one hero on a level and have a chance to level up other charters and not stick with one because he is the highest. Prefer origins if I had to choose. Plus I've paid for the game why should I have to buy other characters?

I haven't played yet but i'll rate this 5 because kingdom rush is really good and this is one of its versions so i'm sure it will be real good. Seeing from the comments and picts it is indeed very good game. I usually hate tower defense games but kingdom rush and this one is completely in a different level. And i will edit this comment later when i encounter some issues .

All the great features from the previous game have returned! And with many new towers, upgrades and heroes to unlock too! My new favourite game. The only bad side is that you do have to pay for most of the heroes, and with real cash to! 9/10 (Would have been 10/10 if this issue is solved)

I love all of the Kingdom Rush games, and Frontiers is my favorite. My only problem is that there's some kind of glitch when I go to get more diamonds. It's only letting me get the smallest amount anymore. If I'm willing to pay the $9.99 for 18,000 then it should work. Other than that, it'd be five stars.

On rating the gameplay, I would say five stars. The problem is the app. I like to listen to audio books while I play, but this app pauses whatever I listen to every time I do anything, making it impossible. Also, the audio re-enables itself no matter how many times I turn it off. These are ridiculous problems for an app to have. This is the only game I've ever played on my phone that did this.

Exquisite TD game: the bosses, rpg mechics, difficulty/challenge, tower variation, etc. all make this the best series in the TD genre imo. It has a Nintendo vibe (thoroughly brilliant design with TLC). Absolutely love it! Buy it you indecisive knitwits, this is THE TD game you need in your flippin life!

Just like Kingdom Rush and Kingdom Rush Origins, this is one of the best tower defence games available. Game play is challenging for both beginners, experienced and returning players. The story is not too interesting, but it's there and hey: it's tower defence, so who cares? All the graphical and textual references to other games and movies in all the Easter eggs are funny and awesome.

Tower defense is a genre I'm a big fan of, and this game is very well done. Good graphics, good pacing, and very enjoyable. A standout among mobile games. If you are tired of watered down games from the app store, try this one on for size. Substantial challenge and fun!

good game, should let player control 2 or more hero. i bough a healer, but she useless cause melee unit too weak. enemy can easy sneak pass them or 1 hit kill them or out number. i play hard mod from beginning, there a ton of enemy but only 3 melee until to hold them, lol

Outstanding tower defense game with engaging gameplay, cute visuals and a VAST variety of heroes, towers, and upgrades to choose from. With challenging levels that really make you yell "FUUUUUU!"when you lose and multiple difficulty levels this game never gets old.I also love the references to Star Wars, Alien and Assassin's Creed. 10/10 would love Templars again

After playing the original kingdom rush, it was so good I ended up buying Frontiers (my very first mobile game purchase!). Money well spent. Amazing game and bar none one of the best tower defense games out there. Lots of cool add ons and unique weapons/units on different maps.

Worth the money. It is very challenging. My only dislike is paying money for an app that has micro transactions and ads. If the characters could all be earned instead of locking some behind money this game would be perfect. Dont let that dissuade you though! Perfectly enjoyable even without all the heroes.

Really. However, this is BULLSHIT that I have to pay x times as much as I paid for the game to get the full experience. ALL heroes should be unlockable for free in a PAID game. Huge disappointment on this part.

The game is fun at first then it quickly settled into grinding the same early levels to get a resource that (GO FIGURE) can be bought with in-app purchases. Very lame, buy a game that's worth it.

I have had a great time with this game. All of the Kingdom Rush games play very solidly on mobile and Frontiers is no exception. The game difficulty ramps up rather quickly. Although, it is quite satisfying when you just scrape by and get that last enemy. Definitely a must have for Android.

Same great gameplay as the first, with new enemies to defend against and new special towers. The best innovation is that heroes level up more slowly, but is persistent. My complaint with the original carries over to this one as well: most heroes are purchase only, and are overpriced. Still a game well worth playing: 4 stars

If you hit "Restart", there's no confirmation message like, "are yo sure?"... it just instantly restarts. It's really discouraging to be on the final wave and just instantly lose all progress. PLEASE FIX THIS

I would give it, except it has 2 things that bother me. First the annoying overseen problem, the sound and audio setting is not saved so every time you open the app I need to turn them off. Second and most important I thought this was a paid game with all heroes and features, but from playing a little bit it seems is a "buymium" since is actually a paid up, so I have to fork over more cash to get heroes?? I just started so I am not sure I will update the review to clarify. *** update unistalling

As someone who's enjoyed countless hours of the game, I decided to finally buy an extra hero. Dante looked good, I bought it, it went through, and... Nada. I've rebooted the game, I've rebooted my phone, everything short of re-installing the bloody game, because I'm worried about losing my progress (almost 100%). I love this game, but I can't justify a better score, until this is fixed.

Kingdom rush was good too so I had to actually buy this good job Ironhide...1 suggestion.. use the gems and stars not only to buy items but to fast track upgrades and vice versa

Found a glitch in the game either karkanos. At one point he activated invulnerability and just stopped, I could select him but he wouldn't move block or attack. Worst of all he wouldn't die either because of the invulnerability.

Heroes are worth as much as the app itself, I have 3, that's a pretty penny. So why you try so hard to make the game unbeatable? Monsters are too quick for normal mode. I just wanna enjoy an app that I paid for.

This game is nice but the only would not make me like this is that while playing this game, I cant play my own music. Everytime I playthis game, the music automatic paused. It's very uncomfortable. If you can change this setting, it would be great.

A great tower defense game. It requires a lot of micromanagement in the later stages, but you always have to think ahead and plan strategically. Damage and hero abilities are at the mercy of the RNG, so there is an element of luck when things get tight. It is easier than the original, I was able to beat this one on veteran, but I have not been able to do that on the original.

If you're into tower defense games then don't miss this out. My only comment was the heroes are too expensive to purchase. Try to make it like a dollar or somethin.

This is a great game, but i was seriously pissed at the fact that the majority of heroes are kept behind a pay wall, even after paying for the game itself. I'd understand it if the game itself was free, and I was considering buying Origins as well, but now I probably won't

I always like kingdom rush series. It's not hard to get the diamonds, and really challenging with different play modes and arena. Although, the endless mode is kinda hard tho x) but still, i love this! Worth the pay ^^

Straight to the point, this game is simply amazing. The graphics are good and the smooth and fun gameplay really stands out. A good mixture between Bloons TD Battles and Plants Vs Zombies, which makes this game outstanding. 5 outta 5 stars and definetly worth the money (the 10p sale? That's so cheap for a game like this!) I recommend this game to all TD players. Awesome.

It's been so long since I played tower defense last time. After found this game, try it, and really can't take my hand of it. Makes me forgot time and very addicted!

Paying the full game price again and again for a hero just feels like a rip off, especially when you have so few vanilla ones.

This game has a lot to it, and can be enjoyed by casual gamers or more hardcore tower defense players. Packed full of fun little Easter eggs and little touches to make the game fun - it really shows how much the developers love this game and took the care to make everything as fun as possible. Every level feels unique and special because of this special care. You'll easily get sucked into this game, it'll definitely help you pass time :)

I love this game. Big problem with a glitch however. I have tried to make an in app purchase but when i try to select it will not open. Fix this please and i will pay for multiple in app purchases as well as rate a 5 star

All three of my kingdom rush games I have lost complete data on them and on top of that I lost both my dragons that I bought that cost $6.99 each this is some bull!!

I had to reset my phone and the hero's I bought on this and origins are now gine. I don't feel like it's fair to have to spend my money AGAIN for the hero's I wanted and bought once already

I recently upgraded to a new phone (droid Turbo 2) and downloaded this game again as it is one of my favorite TD games only to find that not only is my progress gone but I had also bought some extra heroes and those are also gone. I'll give the developer a chance to make this right but I'm supremely frustrated.

A couple of months ago, my all of my game data was gone. I wasn't able to get it back. Now I have at least my characters! Great Game! I'm okay with starting over. With my characters. Thanks!
