Great game! Awesome dogfights and the sounds and ships are dead on! Love the scenery,beautiful planets glowing in space along with thousands of twinkling stars. Glad someone did a original star wars battle scenario. Ships are easy to navigate running smoothly and the graphics are just stunning....great job only wish levels were longer... Wishing for a hoth,cloud city battle like this. Being able to fly into planets would be awesome too! Loved flying to death star and pop up in the trenches!!!

It's a good attempt at making a tie fighter game for smartphone, but has less speed and maneuverability than a tie fighter, while having the ability to handle far more abuse. In short your craft shouldn't be able to take the kind of punishment it does, while running circles around all the other craft out there.

X wing flight is best star wars game on android! But only thing missing was option to play as The Empire.. now Darkside fills that space nicely! Awesome dog fight game, ... Maybe a 3rd sequel could take place over terrain?

By far one of the best free games out there. No micro-transactions and a good variety of starships, environments, and mission objectives. Adds aren't too annoying (usually after every 4-5 missions for me) and the exit button is quite large so you can leave quickly and not accidentally hit the add. I wouldn't mind having a payed version to disable them but I understand why he doesn't, as Lucasarts would be all over the dev. Anyway keep it up, amazing app!

Too bad...I loved the Rebel version but this one has a serious graphics management problem... Same engine as the previous one, so there's no reason for me not to be able to play this game. Maybe your update is the problem. Certainly not my phone which can play games with graphics way better than this !

The physics unfortunatly have a horrible feel, like its that fake 3d 2d stuff. Ship strengths and speeds totally way off. Requires much more variety. Need to be able to re route power. No ammo to projectiles? BUT, it definitely has lots of potential, as is, barely playable. Will be keeping an eye on though. P.S. Please atleast integrate the xwing version so i can battle my kids, one rebels, one empire.

Let me start of by saying that this game is far better than I expected. It has fun arcade style gameplay featuring my favourite star wars ships, the TIE Fighter. But, the game does have its flaws. Let me just suggest a few things. 1. Make the game playable in third person. Put the HUD you see in first person in the third person camera and voila! 2. Make the TIE Bomber and TIE Advanced have upgradable bombs, just to make them more useful. 3. Add some star wars music! That's all I have to suggest!

Couldn't get the hang of this game till I turned it upside down. Way better. Only bummer is that the Tie Fighter steer's like a boat and not a star ship. Otherwise it's more fun than some of the games out there. Come to the Darkside, we have cookies.

Really love the idea and design, but have you guys actually tried shooting these things? I know damn well i was within the red too many times and that sucker just flew right over me. Will give 5 stars if you fix the targeting system. Really hard (in easy mode) to get through the rounds. Thanks.

U should add a free play mode. In that mode, u can use the hyperdrive and land on planets and get out of your ship and walk on the planet. Also, whenever I'm in the death star or near a star destroyer, the game gets slower and glitches. Please have a look at that

It's such a fun single player star wars space combat simulator! That goes for the rebel version too, I'll 5 star both. Have you considered making a multiplayer game? That would be really great. I'm sure you could find people happy to help with such a project. Would love to see more depth in fighter development, and enhanced visuals. Almost reminds me of rogue squadron, and that makes me happy. c: please keep up the great work.

This is one of the best Star Wars fangames I have ever played. The gameplay is fun and simple. The only thing is that the missions get a bit repetitive over time. I suggest that you either add more missions with different objectives or add a storyline even.

Good game. Lets you kill Rebel Scum :). I'd like the speed to be a bit better and the controls to be more receptive but what do you expect for a free game. It does get boring and you become untouchable once you have upgraded your ship enough. Room for online PVP a must.

I like the gameplay it's very good but here is the problem it doesn't have a story that x wing game had this last mission tht was my favorite bcs we were in the shoes of Luke Skywalker but this game only has like shot the x wings plz put more story type missions like the hoth battle etc

I love this game. It's as good or better than the X wing game released earlier. The graphics are top notch, game play is smooth, and it's tons of fun burning those rebel scum to a crisp. If you're looking for suggestions, allow us to alter the strength of our ships, lasers, and missiles (up or down.). I know we can already make them better by purchasing upgrades with points, but after a while you become almost invincible (even on hard level) and it would be fun to dial it back a little to make harder.

Controls are spongy and imprecise. You might as well move randomly. Far far too difficult to hit anything even on easy mode. Maneuvering pad has tendency to disappear, leaving you without control (doesn't make much difference). Clearly designed for competitive experts. Zero fun value for beginners.

This game is really well done. The detail from switching between space and above the death star is awesome. Controls a little sluggish and sometimes frustrating, but this game is awesome. Ads are not the intrusive ones that pop up in the middle of the game to force you to click on them.

This sequel to xwing is even more challenging. It's a first rate space dogfight FPS. Simple but preferable for me to games with a gazillion options and the need to study a big tutorial. Here, simple controls and two weapons. Aim and fire

I am a massive star wars lover the other app of the rebels against the empire was good same with this one its is hard for me to shoot on a small screen but its good on a tablet but such good graphics and all that i have no suggestions for this app but it is good i am a person who rated types of games but thats all keep up the updated and this game is truly excellent thank you.

I loved it but can you make a game like these but in the clone wars era. I would love it so much. P.S. make it so that we can choose which side we want to be on please if you do make one thank you for these two games hope you make another one. Also add the slave 1 and the TIE striker from rogue one a star wars story. One question are you still updating?

The game keeps crashing whenever I play it on my Samsung Galaxy J1 (Android 4.4.4) so I decided to uninstall it, but it works well on my Galaxy Tab 4.0. Would've given it 5 stars otherwise.

I love this game. well technically I have only played x wing flight and beat it but I figured it's the same thing as x wing flight but instead of being a good guy your a bad guy I'm downloading it right now.

Anything that allows me to stamp out rebel scum in high fassion , style and grace gets my two thumbs up of approval. Great way to pass the time while sitting in my restroom taking a crap and crushing the rebellion. Awesome work love you guys.

I will admit that in the beginning, I wasn't impressed with the flight of the tie fighter...but as I played and earned coins (without spending any actual money), I found the controls got better and better...and I earned better and better ships. Now I love it...so much FUN!!!!

Do not download this game!!!!!!!!!!!! It caused my Samsung Note 5 to shut down and crash. I had to get a new phone!! According to the phone technician this app contains several viruses that will destroy your phone!!!!.....response.....you can say whatever you want, but this app did cause unfixable damage to my Samsung Note 5. I have all the paperwork and all of the proof that this app destroyed my phone this application designer is full of crap! I am currently suing this application designer for the fee of replacing my phone plus punitive damages!

You fly a tie fighter. That's it. You blast rebels through various levels of difficulty. Sure, it's not super console worthy, but it's free and the ads are only when you fail or beat a level (and you can hit the back button to skip them). Worth a try if you like 360 degree sims. Fun for sure!

I loves xwing and this is even better. The mission awards could be a tad higher and a small bug. If you are on a mission to destroy turrets, and instead destroy the ship, the mission will never end, either successfully (you DID technically destroy all the turrets) or unsuccessfully (the mission was to destroy TWO TURRETS, not the WHOLE DAMN SHIP)

This game is clearly inspired by the mid-90s game Tie Fighter for PC. The graphics are improved but the gameplay has much less substance. Hopefully this is a prototype for something greater. The performance leaves something to be desired, I've seen better looking games run more smoothly on my S4 (yes I know it's old). Also not a huge fan of the control. Honestly a good effort overall though and a fun way to kill time.

This game is perfect for any star wars fan. The fact that it works offline too is great so you can carry around the dark side of the force-in your pocket (if you are on phones)! Some features I would like to see in both this game and the x wing game is when flying into planets the planet surface loads like the death star, multiplayer across the games, more levels, more ships (like the u wing and tie striker, they could maybe be faster in planets), also paintjobs to customise your starfighter. This is already an incredible game. You can make it the best star wars game ever.

Great graphics, but the ship is uncontrollable. You just fly around until you die as aiming is impossible. Up is down, turn left and go right... really poorly designed controls. Still, although the game is a waste of code, the graphics are superbly rendered.

I still play this game btw and no problem really. Everything is working well and the difficulties is perfect ! Last mission indeed very difficult but challenging as well, actually we can win it. You just need to look using 3rd person

The ONLY thing you guys need to do now is make it where Dark Siders could battle X Wingers (hint, check Smuttlewerk's 'Battle' set as their Air/Fleet/Space Battle games are able to be interconnected). I had to do a wipe of my phone and lost all my progress in both x wing as dark side. Please add a save feature. Thank you very much for employing my suggestion for the graphic x axis/y axis settings. Oh hey, I want to sign up for the beta test of the AT-AT game on Hoth and the speeder bike game for Endor.

But please add a few more ships and make a setting were the little cross hair can be removed please and thank you. Great game though.Also add the newer tie intercepted that will show up in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story

Nice space fights!!! I always wondered what it was to be an imperial fighter. I would like to suggest to add the tie defender, and can you fix the graphics of star destroyers and other capital ships.... Thanks!

Make a battle of Hoth and Jakku or any other planet based battles, with Snowspeeders and AT-AT walkers and such, cause that would be great just like this and X-Wing Flight

Thus is so much fun and any person that loves Star Wars may or may not love this. The only complaints that I have are the controls are weird at times and the third person from behind does not follow the ties well.

UI is not very good but okay. The game overall is fantastic and isn't pay to play. The ads aren't annoying at all! 4/5 , improve UI and 5 stars is a sure.

Fun game, great idea..... TERRIBLE controls. Controls are sloppy, and sluggish, while speed is too high to match. Far too frustrating to be any fun.

I really love this game and believe it has alot of potential. Minor fixes and better graphics will make this game one of the greatest. Maybe we might have planetary battles!

I don't know why it gets hate people probably get mad you can't be rebels but there little whiny baby's anyway
