Squadron 1945

A little bit buggy on my Android. Sometimes the plane gets "stuck" and won't budge or go to the standby mode, but co times to fire. This is an issue in bullet hell games for obvious reasons.

This game is enjoyable. I like how you can switch between different fighters at any time throughout gameplay. I also like the slow motion when you lift your finger off the screen and the game slows down. But the game had a few issues like each stage was too short and no boss battles at all until the very end which there was only one, and the power ups obtain on each stage didn't carry through to the next stage which sucked. Overall, stages should be longer and boss battles along the way.

Addicting. Gets monotonous. Needs better music/more variety. I like being able to choose the ship. Having to watch ads in exchange for an extra play feels shady, but in reality is one of the smarter ways to deliver them that I've seen.

The game itself is quite enjoyable and brings back fond memories of the original. I've had a few control issues that other reviewers have mentioned. The 'sound' option only turns off sounds on the menu screen but not in-game so just 3 stars from me.

This game is awesome and I find really enjoyable to play. It is challenging and an amazing time waster. However, sometimes progress does not save automatically. I have also had the game freeze on me approx 10 times. Downloaded 3 days ago.

The game is fun and a good time killer, but the very last level goes from 0-100 in about 7 milliseconds. Cant beat it for the life of me. Gets too difficult at the end too fast

This game is ALOT of fun, however, as I move the planes around the screen, I begin with my finger right behind the tail of the plane so that my finger coordination with the plane's movement is easier, however, as the game play occurs, the plane gradually moves further and further away from my finger making coordination more and more difficult. I have to pause the game and reset my finger position 3 or 4 times during game play.

Like it a lot. Am currently playing on a tablet which is a bit difficult due to the size so might give 5 stars after I've tried it on my phone. Great shooter, great music and really fun to play.

I don't know their standard about easy and hard. As long as i know there's no difference. When in easy mode, it's impossible to avoid shot. As difficult as hard mode or maybe extreme. And their boss is extremely ridiculous hard to beat even in easy. Overall good time killer.

Brilliant game... If you dont want to get stuck into anything that requires your full attention and a game you can simply pick up where you left off its a definate must have, simple but fun

Also could u have a different approach to switch planes? (e.g. double tap to view available planes. The way it is now gets kind of irritating, sometimes i just want to lift my finger but not pause the game.) great game thanks for the game it really is awesome. Fluid, playable, retro & extreme fun.. A whole range of funfilled games from magma which is all for free! Keep up the good work! And please dont stop support for future OS versions. ADs and videos are minimal and totally justified.. Loved this game!! B-)

I experience some lag dont know if it is just my tablet is the issue. Other than that if you are born in 90s youll definitely enjoy this game cause you miss your family computer console. Oldgame but gold!

I may be being hyper critical, but it's not the best game of this type that I've played, but I still am playing it, so that can only mean one thing...!

I love that you can switch between four different vehicles at any time depending on the needs of the situation. The game runs very smoothly, and you don't have to cover your ship with your finger! Well done developers!

The color contrast of the pixels makes for some nice visuals when flying. My favorite is the helicopter that shoots the gyro bar because it sucks up the enemy firepower so i get to fly a lot easier.

Same game as the other squadron. Just changed the ships and background. Looks good. But if you heat the other one this will not be entertaining as it is the exact same patterns. Bosses are still impossible to the level of pointlessness, even on Easy.

Highly addictive like other gamers say. Such a satisfying feelings after u have successfully gone thru thr next level. Nice graphic when u see the explosions of other war crafts, look surreal.

I like the game, my only problem is my chunky fingers, if you didn't need to touch the area of the screen where the game play is I would have given this five stars. My fingers cover parts of the screen where the bullets are n I keep dieing.

There's always so many bullets flying across the screen, so you have to plan your way through walls of enemy bullets. When you upgrade, you make your own walls of bullets, and then it gets even more satisfying!

Not a bad game, a little naggy with pre-play ads but no during game ads so that's a plus. I blocked the notifications which just want you to buy more of their games.

It says there is an update, but tapping it displays a list of games I neither installed nor am interested in.

Why does this need access to my private info? So stupid its a game they dont need any privacy priveledges. Uninstalling

Why add an option to turn sounds off if they remain on. Can't play quietly so must un-install

Level 3-10 is messed up. I have beaten it with 460 points once and not beaten it with over 600 points another time. When I do win game freezes. It was good until then.

Why do I get power very late and there no shield against enemy craft. That is bad. Otherwise this is a great time pass that all.

Excellent game well worth download you won't find much better than this 10/10 a would give it 10 stars.

I love the game but an ad before I even see main menu for the game? Also this game had so many push notification ads that I had to disable all notifications for this app. Also for the final boss battle if you lose there are no options at all! I can't do anything from the 'you lost' screen therefore everytime I fail I'm forced to close the app, reopen it, close first ad, navigate to boss level and retry. Resulting in me not wanting to even attempt boss until that's fixed.

Obtrusive advertisements, app runs constantly in the background and pops up "update available" it looks like a notification from Google play but it's just an advertisement for more apps. Apps that run unnecessarily in the background downloading and force feeding advertisements use up data CPU, ram, and battery, plus they slow down your phone. Install enough of these kinds of apps and your phone will become unusable.

Fun game play with great visuals. Lots of ads and notifications. Also some really weird stuff like playing it in mute doesn't matter... Sounds restart every time you die. LOTS of push advertising too. Basically the game is fun but all the stuff with it... Not so much.

The reason this game such a poor rating from me was the controls(not as good as the arcade version) and the inability for me to permanently turn off the sound. The game requires u to manually turn off the sound at the beginning of each level even though my settings have sound disabled.

Just like the original, my only suggestion would be to make a dedicated spot on the screen for movement input. I had several times hit another part of the screen on accident with my other hand and the plane jumped its location on the screen. LG G PAD 8.3 gen 1.

I had a very good opinion about this game until I finished it. The boss dies suddenly without any effects. Play the game without any story any motivation whatsoever. Lame! It seems it's a copy paste game from someone else, don't know for sure.

Difficulty oscillates between tutroial level ans utter bullshit. Once you figure out the fourth vehicle, not only drflects bullets but clears the level, the game becomes easy. Like sit in one spot and walk away easy. In short, bad game, its not easy making a bullet hell game, and this is living proof

The ads are acceptable. This game has many tiny flaws that makes it unplayable. I have to mute the game after every level which I imagine is to force you to hear the ads. Not keeping the power ups from level to level makes the game disjointed and provides no continuity throughout the game. Nice game for about 30 minutes.

It's too bad because the game is a lot of fun, but Magma parks a permanent notification to your bar to tell you about their other games. Not cool. If I want to download your other games I'll go search on my own, thanks. Uninstalled.

I have no idea why everybody is saying is addictive. I made it to the 30th round and it's ALL THE SAME! It's not like the classic at all! There's no tanks and no Aces (bosses). It's just SO boring! Please for the love of gaming don't download this boring piece of crap. I'm uninstalling now and getting one that is more like the classics.

This game is fun but the problem I have with it is that there are no permanent upgrades so you restart every level very weak and have to rely on random upgrade drops. This being said, some of the ships are almost useless at the start of some levels and become nothing more than an extra life if you die with a weak attack.

Best game I think but.. it freezes for about a half a second every little bit but I think it might be my phone. (J3) but give it a try and it doesn't have ads and it also has a button to push to never ask you to rate them again! Seriously give this game a try and if you do choose the helicopter. Tip from me to you

This is a great time killer, but the last level is broken.. if you die or try to restart the game, it freezes the game. Please fix this! I want to give this game 5 stars, but having to constantly restart the app just to try again is getting old fast..
