Exercise your mind with our exciting and challenging new word puzzle game, CRYPTOGRAM!
Play the role of a cryptographer tasked with the challenge of breaking an encrypted quote. To play, you must deduce the one-to-one letter substitution to decode the encrypted phrase by some famous (or infamous) author. While the object of the game is simple, figuring out the solution can often be difficult. Keep at it and perseverance will pay off.
With regular play, we believe you can increase your mental focus, concentration, patience and logical deduction skills, all while learning popular quotes and having fun. If you’ve never tried a Cryptogram before, the first few games may leave you puzzled, but once you get the hang of it your solve time will decrease and you might just find yourself hooked!
To start you off, we have included an abundance of quotes from a wide variety of historical and contemporary figures, and you can download additional puzzle packs from inside the game whenever you want more. Check back often, as the puzzle library is always undergoing growth. We offer standard-sized puzzle packs of 50 quotes and jumbo packs for the voracious player, which offers 150 puzzles all at once for a reduced cost. Collect them all!

In the developer's replies to comments, I have seen two complete lies and too many backlash replies to feeling insulted. So in the developer reply to Loren T. about a refund for undelivered goods...His or her complaint was sound truth. Hands down. No verbal/written giveaways. So that customer actually was honest about the problem. Then...Developer stomps in with immediate lie. He says twice that he's issued a refund. That word would not have been used once no less twice. Forensic analysis, Deception Psych.

Love love love this game. It's great! It's challenging and fun. But the pop-ups between are terrible. Now the ads are full screen with sound, and can't be skipped over, they take control of your phone's experience for 30 full seconds. I love you guys, but you're killing me!! Woulda been 5 stars.... Further play...im more critical...need more puzzles and there's waay too many billy graham and other evangelists' quotes. No thank you. Uninstalled.

Just downloaded app and it will not open. When i press on instructions there is no arrow key or way for me to get back to main screen. If i press on anything else I can not get back to main menu either. Ugh

This looked promising until my hubby told me it costs to money to do anything except solve it outright. You'll pay to get hints, and if your stuck to the point of giving up, you'll pay view the solved puzzle. IMHO that is rediculously greedy on the part of the company!

Good design. I just wish it was harder. Unfortunately, a lot of these puzzles show one of the words in the puzzle at the beginning, just after the author's name. I wish that word wasn't there. There should be more options in the setting, specifically a difficulty level. Also, the ads are a bit flashy and distracting. But other than that, the design is great. Just make it a little harder for me please, then I will gladly give you five stars. :)

I play multiple times a day while giving my little one a bottle/nap. Its challenging ,fun, well designed its the best game of this type you can walk away n come back which is great too . I'd be so bored without it.

Playability is good. The publisher should consider creating an ad free version. You can leave in the 'watch an ad for in game credit' but I don't want to see an ad after every puzzle I solve.

It functions well, but the word in parenthesis next to the author is basically a word in the quote. That makes it way too easy to solve so it's not challenging or fun.

It's an enjoyable experience, not very difficult to understand the how to, and lets you immerse yourself in puzzles for a few minutes here and there.

I will say that as developers of a game you would understand the frustration of ads that are SO intrusive and irritating. I know the need for them but until some agreement comes as to what the ads THINK they're doing, by trying to get our attention, think again. As in this instance I immediately uninstall.
