I hated playing Scrabble! All the ads & commercials, I might as well been watching TV it took too long just getting through one game. It totally sucked..... I found this app Cross Craze and love it. NO ADS OR COMMERCIALS, just play the game.

Much better than other similar apps. Fun to play. Plays sensible words and allows you to override if it doesn't recognise a word you want to play. Great for a free version and no ads. I might buy the paid one to get a harder level of play as it's fairly priced and the developer clearly cares about the game and the users.

Superb Scrabble-type word game, stuffed with extra features. It looks beautiful, the AI is well balanced and doesn't use weird words, and I particularly enjoy being able to override the default vocabulary (I like to allow common names, which is something no other game permits). Best of all there are no ads. Kudos to the developer. I'll definitely be upgrading to the PRO version.

It's hard to make words when you only get 7 letters & you're repeatedly given 2 U's, 3 I's & 2 O's. Normal Al gets a large variety of higher scoring letters turn after turn. :( Kinda' takes all of the fun out of playing when you don't even stand a chance @ winning. I'm installing.

At least 85 percent of the time the computer gets high scoring letters. This is frustrating to say the least. Even when you exchange the letters you basically get almost the same low point letters back. If it wasn't for that would have given it five stars all around.

At first i loved the game but then felt pressured to buy buy buy. When i didn't the game stopped being fair i didn't get good letters and could no longer get the hint option. If i could afford to buy the pro version i would I'm retired and live on a VERY fixed income. So i haveno chpice but to uninstall a game i once enjoyed very much

Great graphics, easy to use and fun but ruined by one big problem. Whenever I minimize the app then try to resume the game crashes and I just get a black screen. Needs sorting.

I loved this app til Ort got greedy and started limiting hints to 10 games. Limiting how many per game instead of how many games wouldn't persuade you to Buy the Pro Version. It was really great while it lasted but you had to Change Now So Am I to a different word game

It is the best quality word game I have found on the web. One plays against a 'reasonable and intelligent' opponent. When tired, I also enjoy watching the computer play against itself and learning from it.
