Dragon Tactics 3D Puzzle RPG

Great game and all love playing it. Would of given it 5 stars but brought a 35 gem pack today and I never received the gems and it had taken my payment. Tried restarting game but still haven't turned up. Help with this would be much appreciated. ****Added**** I have solved it when I clicked on 35 gem pack again it added my 35 gems on. As it must of not gone through fully. Thanks pangea anyway keep adding more great additions to the game.

Today 6/15/2016 I attempted to play dragon tactics and it will not allow me to log into my account through Google Play or Google +. The game insists that I create a gamer tag name. I've been playing this for 2 years and am ranked 40 in pvp. Never had an issue until now. Before this issue it would just say Welcome Dragon Grimm and the game will begin. Now its not recognizing that I have a created account. Any help would be appreciated.

This is my game addiction lately but the past couple days (today is 11/6/16) almost every single quest dungeon I do, it freezes on the boss and I have to restart the game and then abandon the quest. I can't do anything else. Probably lose 3/5 quests. Eventually I am able to complete the level till it happens again on the next level. Also it would be nice to be able to sign in with google on the kindle edition or be able to reset the game.

I do like playing the game. Here lately I have been having trouble with the daily rewards. I first was a couple months ago when the rewards ended before the month ended. This time the rewards have restarted for this month when I was half way through it. I tried to reach the creator through the app. but no reply.

But unfortunately it stops running every time you start playing hopefully this is fixed soon or I will have to uninstall takes up way too much space for a game that doesn't run smooth

Game popup, hit battle button and a box pops up written in Japanese ( cannot read) with two choices, "purchase " and "cancel " game will not proceed .. unable to play , am re-installing

If you're a fan of Puzzle & Dragon you'll be a fan of this because they're almost identical, even some of the sound effects are stolen.

Im a long time PAD player, this is a more complicated version of PAD minus the art. Go for it!

This is one of the most fun games I have ever played on mobile. The update caused some issues that I can't seem to fix, because I seem to be playing the older version. Also the free gem offers don't always work... There's 48 gems that I never got but some of them do work. It's worth all the hassle though because it's a unique match 3 that's more fun than the classic games. I will rate a 5 if they can get the problems resolved. Thank you Pangea for such a great game!

New rating,,, ever since fresh download with google+ I keep getting time out,know I will have to unistall all my progress instead of thinking it was a good idear and was going to spend some more money,, am thinking of unstalling it's ruining my game play, shame I was going to go back to five star rating. ?.,,,, Also you never get any answers from inside mail ,, very rude,, to thier player's I think!!, yet it's a wonderful , great graphics, ( best I've seen for a while in a game ),, still want my in game nickname back (not my google name ),,,,see what happens next couple of days,,,, sorted some issues give five stars back as promised.(edit)hooked on game

I cant click and check rankings. Waited for the update but still cant view it after the update. Also cheaters get to top the rankings with wtf combat power even if their team are lowbies.. please do something about this.

I loved the game but now it won't load post the start screen, it says something about an error loading monsters.

I can't get past the start game screen. It pops up with some error about loading monsters and will not go past it. Please help.

Stuck i cant get into the third trial, when i press battle nothing happen.. poor

Used to get a (dragon gem) after every match completed (highly needed to progress in the game and get monsters). After update they removed the adds but now you get no gems and its nearly impossible to obtain dragon gems. Not worth playing anymore unless you plan on spending 100$ for 300 gems which doesn't get you far. Messaged the developers 3 times with no reply. Update now forces you to download google play games, adding another privacy invading background process. Uninstalling if it stays this way.

Your game needs an upgrade

if i earn the gems then i should be able to decide what to spend them on NOT be forced to spend in tutorial

Was a bit bummed at first whn game crashed and i lost my gems. However was quickly resolved in three days! With added bonus! Thanks dragon tactics!

At the beggining i already exited to play this game. When i start to play all went smooth. But when i want to play stage 3 on "tutorial" mode, it become stuck. It wont load when i press BATTLE. I already uninstall it for 3 times and install it again. It is still the same. Hope u can help me.

Game freezes when i lose a battle also i cannot deselect a monster from being used although already removed from teams. Please fix this asap!!

Tried to install new copy on new tablet and when I try to connect with Google plus it crashes and won't start. Now I cannot play.

First time user, so far so cool first day playing will see how it goes!

Only 2 battles wtf. Twice i tried the app, and twice only able to fight the first 2 battles....not able to do any more..... uninstalled

Stopped playing the other game and only play this one now. The Graphics are better, and the game play is more interesting. Questing is great, but when I run out of energy; I am equally entertained by team building, pvp, or other stuff to do as well. Although if you play it right; you can time your level ups to give you full energy when you need it. I don't normally review apps, but their excellent customer service, pushes this app above others, and they deserve the rating. I would love to see this app just get massive in popularity so you would have all the wiki type info some have, but you can get your questions answered quickly by the staff, so all the online resources are not as necessary. Superior job on the app! The kind of customer service that will not only attract new players, but will keep them playing.

I love the game, but I am also very impressed with the very courteous and effecting customer service. I had some issues and they resolved them quickly. Latest update still doesn't fix max team cost
