PotterWho- Harry Potter Puzzle

Love the game. But it has stolen from me. Bought 100 coins. Paid my money, got my notification to say the money has left my account but still no coins. I've refreshed the game several times and nothing. Not happy!!! **UPDATE** Within 24 hours the team have resolved the issue and has refunded my purchase. Fantastic customer care to go along with a fantastic game. Thank you very much. Now can you help me on level 143 please

This game is really fun for Potterheads. As many of the other comments mention, some pictures are very vague and make the puzzle challenging. There are also some that you only need to see one of the pictures to know the answer. It would be helpful to title the puzzles as a spell, person, place, etc. Overall awesome game!

Very fun game, sometimes hard, sometimes easy, so you don't get frustrated or bored so easily. Only negative point: I'd like to get more coins without paying for them and I don't have facebook. Could you maybe offer some coins (maybe 5 or 10) for watching a commercial video? Because many people get frustrated at some point if they don't get hints...

Really well made game. The difficulty level is spot on. Sometimes, there comes a question which will kill your brain cells. But in the very near future, another question which is too easy will pop up. Perfect balance of difficulty. Also the great thing about this game is that there are just enough coins for hints. You don't run of coins for hints. Earning coins is not a big issue and the hints are at reasonable coin costs too. Loved this game. Another important thing is that the game has stuck to the books.

Must of been half asleep when writing the review before this one. Meant to write; I am NO LONGER getting any Ads now. So whatever you did to sort it out, WORKED PERFECTLY.

I really enjoy this game. You have to look at a couple of the pictures to figure it out, you can just get it from one square. Some of them are a little obscure but i figure out what it is suoposed to be and then google the name of that spell or plant. Definitely recommend.

This game is amazing! It provides a lovely little challenge but it's not so difficult that you give up. I'm addicted to this game and love that it gives you hints and letters when you get stumped. Keep up the good work guys! One question though. What is the purpose of the black line that shows up in the middle of some of the boxes?

A great game for Harry Potter fans. Just the right degree of difficulty without being too frustratingly hard but not easy either. Also great response by the app. My coin purchase didn't go through but the team responded to my email immediately and a refund was initiated right away.

This is so addicting yet very very fun! For the PotterHead addicts, you'll love every moment of it. And don't be afraid to use those hints, but use too many of them, You'll run out of coins lol

I was liking the game but now this really sucks cause i had bought coins for the game off my google credits but never recieved the coins. Sad day. And i love harry potter. I would like a refund. I purchased the 30 coins for $.99

If you're lucky, 3 if the 4 pics actually hint at the answer. Sometimes it's fewer. It makes it super confusing. And the numerous adds that pop up frequently are annoying.

That was a fun game some of the levels were very difficult to figure out!! Which made it more fun! Can't wait for more levels!! Please get us more soon!! If you are a Potterhead you will be in love with this game, it's the best game I have played for Potterheads! Hurry up with more levels please! ♡♡♡

It is a bit too challenging at times. And the hints don't ever show up, but the app still charges the coins. My rating would be higher if these two issues were corrected.

Completed all the 161 levels. It was mind bending and very innovative. Loved it. Why don't you guys add trivia from other spin off series as well? Please include cursed child as well. Thanks!

It really tested my knowledge! The only problem is with the coins- I tried to post to FB to get more coins and it never happened... oh well, still fun regardless.

Suddenly, my letters aren't disappearing when I use them, and letters are doubled in the answer, but only show up once in the options. This takes out the ability to use process of elimination and frankly the entire puzzle aspect of the game. Now it's either know it or don't. It was already challenging, now it's almost impossible...

I managed to get through the whole game without having to get additional coins or that would have been irritating. The hints were very valuable as were the correct letters. Look forward to any new stuff they come up with.

There is a few that the hints don't add up to the answers. Still it was fun for a potter nerd like me. Tough too! Especially if you're not good with spelling. Made me want to read the books all over again.

....not enough levels, it was over too soon! Loved the game, so I'm excited for new levels. As someone who's proud/ashamed to say they've read the books 13 times, I can say with confidence that there are a LOT more obscure HP trivia gems to be mined for this game. Great job you guys ⚡

An awesome challenge! Of course, I needed help, but once I got the answer, the connection between the pics and answer is laughable and logical at the same time. I think the Potterhead is me is a wee bit rusty, though...

I really enjoy this game. it's challenging but not to challenging. I think u do get enough coins for hints, because if you get to many you tend to over use them. GREAT GAME!!!

Good and very addictive. Love the quotes and pictures. However I am really stuck on question nine. The clue isn't very helpful. I haven't got any coins left and I can't afford to buy them

Fun game play for Potter fans. Some of the photos don't seem relevant and the ad frequency is a little high. But still good. Many of the clues are quite funny! Nice work

I paid for coins and I never got them, although the money was immediately taken from my account. I've already sent an email but this is a major issue and apparently I'm not the first one to encounter this problem. **UPDATE** Customer service is wonderful! They got back to me almost instantly and are giving me a refund.

I really loved this game a lot but some of the combinations didn't make sense. I was disappointed with the description for Hufflepuffs. We are more than a load of duffers

I loved this game but now all of a sudden the letters don't dissappear as I select them and I have had to use coins for letters and the letters that appear aren't even in my selection of letters to choose from? I was hooked and now extremely disappointed.

Had fun playing it, awfully good though! Few levels are silly, the answer does not seem to be close to the clues given, but the others are pretty cool and requires good HP knowledge! Waiting eagerly for more level updates!

The ads pop up after every puzzle. The puzzles are okay though. Some make you think and it could be fun, but it's hard to enjoy when the ads happen after each answer.

Totally obsessed with the game! They're are challenging and fun at the same time! I get to test my knowledge of Harry Potter and also I can test my friends too! Such a fun game.

I get that it's a free game, but ads every 2 puzzles is a bit annoying. Aside from that love the game and the quotes that show up after the solutions make it even more worthwhile.

Some of the questions were really difficult, and you wouldn't know the answer unless you read the books, and knew every little detail. Great game though!

This game is amazing. If you love harry potter you need this in your life. Totally stuck on level 111 it's driving me mad been stuck on it for days.

I really enjoy this game. I would like to be able to get more free coins though. That's frustrating to run out of coins. I'm not in a position to buy them but it is a great game.

I understand that you have to figure out the word based on the pictures but they are really random. How is a 20 sided die related to a howler?

I love the game. But the only thing is, is that when I wanted to get the 50 free coins I did every thing it asked but they never showed up. Other than. That the game is fun

Super fun! I love to play it in my free time. It's very tricky and pretty hard though. Definitely for Ravenclaws but anyone can do it!

Amazing game but need more levels and harder questions when you get past a certain point but overall a great balance of difficulty. One question- what do the little black lines through the boxes that you get after yoi temove a letter mean? Thanks for a great game X
