EMERGENCY HQ

I'd rate much higher but every time I load the app I can't do anything. Game loads, screen loads, graphics load, touch screen malfunctions. I can't move around, can't collect coins. Can't touch menu options. NOTHING!

Plays the entire video then says video playback error and i dont even recieve EMeralds. This issue is still not fixed and now the game also feels too boring after 2 weeks of playing

Love the concept! But having to wait in-between jobs, I doubt I'll be playing this for more than a day or two... Already got annoyed after an hour or so. I get they wanna make money, but... Not gona come from me this way.

I would like to give it more stars. The graphics looked good but unfortunately I couldn't make it past the OK button on the tutorial. I kept trying to click ok but it would never accept the input.

Sometimes it is frustrating when trying to select an item to do,especially when there are more than one thing close together on the screen. Also, lately when trying to view a video to gain a couple of "emeralds" the video would play all the way through and then a notice pops up saying there was a playback error and you do not get the emeralds. This has happened to me at least 30 times and I am starting to feel that the game is designed to rip you off.

Its a fun game but could do with adding skins and sirens of other countries emergency services colours to the vehicles. Eg... USA and UK. Would be better if you could use it offline.

I'm a big fan of the pc versions, played it since the first game! Too bad this version is not even close to the original versions. It's slow, you can't control the workers or the cars. I've tried it for 10 minutes, I really don't like it, removing it now...

It's a great game. Challenge you. Got problem to recovery the money I won. Can't take it, doesn't work.

Its ok. But i wish firefigters could move casualties away from fires. And we could place the vehicles were we want. Also there are some units missing where is the police helicopter and van where is the intensive care unit that really helped anyone in a difficult mission. And finally can we finally have some issues from older emergency games. And finally finally the prices for some of the upgrades for the headquarters training centre and vehicles and placing all vehicles for that matter are very expensive please cut the prices down to 50%

I wanted to play and downloaded yesterday but now its showing error on opening that it has connected to other device or change the password but I install it 1st time only..... Pls solve this problem..... Or I will delete this game.... If problem solves then I will rate 5 star..... Waiting for ur respond....

Cant even start the game. It says that i have used my account to play this game from another device or changed the password but i have dont neither. Please fix this as i was really looking forward to play this game.

Really like this game, have a small issue with rescue alliance chat. I registered the game yesterday to change my name now can't type or read chat. I have reported a service ticket. Hope it gets sorted soon. Did not have a problem till I registered account.

Okay. Has potential but no offline capability. Needs to be online constantly and I can't. That ruined it. Games should be capable to be online or offline according to player resources.

Good game and graphics, really enjoying it. Need to be able to zoom out more. Also would be great if we can decide where each vehicle should be positioned, when they come in

I love that another emergency series is out, I played this series back on pc, and love the core of the game. This one has pros but the main con that will kill interest in this game is they made this one Farmvilleish if I may... Once you cleared your missions, all of a few, then the side missions... more minutes, only this time it's stagnant waiting, your done for a half hour or so... No replays of the missions to gain more snails pace xp... I'm waiting and may not get to level 5 to update my maxed out base... It's a grind I want to love but will probably lose interest in due to stagnant waiting with no action...????

An amazing game. Apart from not being able to get the emeralds from watching the videos. Gets so far then it just stops playing.

Needs more be good if you can move your units anywhere it's frustrating all them being in a line and send them back to hq when you don't need then apart from that great

Game has a lot of bugs! Screen goes black, some black pixel appears, graphic become stretched, screen freezing, unable to play videos for emeralds! Its impossible to play!

I love the emergency game and this has definitely blown it away and I would for sure give it 5 stars but I've been having an issue of it glitching to where I can't see the screen and what I'm doing or clicking on. Please fix.

Downloaded the app and launched it then it asked for my permission to view my files, I denied but it wouldn't start unless I'd agree after doing so it then automatically opened up to my secure folder,hmm something not right here. And still doesn't work opening only results to a black screen.

This game is relly good time killer.I play emergency(mobile)and it don't have a lot of misions and it is a boring game because it don't have a lot of updates.YES we don't have drone and swat.It will be great if we can serch a players to bee are friends and also to conect with friends with viber,mesanger and more...It will be great if you add a moving cars araund places where were fiers and aciddents.PLEASE DO THIS IN GAME????????????????

Turned a great game into everything wrong with mobile gaming. Online only, waiting games. Disgusting.

Great game, just suggest for more team members in league detail as he hard to tell if a team member active just by trophy achievments Oh one more thing could there be more flags, like I would like to represent my nation South Africa

I had the game it was working fine. The game was great however i suddenly the touch screen controls stop working. Other apps on my phone work perfectly fine

I enjoy the game itself, smooth running and kills a bit of time, with lovely graphics. Been playing for a day or 2, little black squares pop up often. The screen freezes on the hq. If you could positing each operator where you like, would make the game very good. The developers need to sort the bugs out and the black squares with software freezing.

To anyone having the "already logged in on another device" issue: I fixed this on my Samsung Galaxy S4 Active by going to the app information and hitting the "clear cache" and "clear data" buttons. Apparently that worked. Can't guarantee it'll work for everyone but try this if you have an android! :-) This game is awesome!

a mediocre game ruined by greedy daveloper. l would happily paid a fixed price for this but no, they are making it a pay to win or even pay to play game. giving you only 3 mission at a time with long wait in between, a fourth mission you can't play with lack of equipment where progress is close to impossible without spending on hafty real money that can buy the delux pc version. seriously, a $688 package of crystal, good luck with that.

The game is too good bt has a lot to improve. First and foremost ....the game's new mission take a hell lot of time to appear. U shud better do away with time gaps for mission. N the other issue is the sudden termination of game at times. It stops suddenly while start of a mission. The gap in new missions really lets die doen the interest in the game. Hope u see to it.

Great game. Could you let the firefighters remove the victims near the fire so the doctors could take care of them? That would be great. And another thing: maybe let us move the emergency vehicules where we want. Thanks

First things first: the original EMERGENCY game that you guys put out was one of the best games I've ever played. You took that game, downsized the graphics to make it look 3D, and on top of that, you have turned this into a pay-to-play game. You have lost all of my respect for that. However, the music definitely did not fail, it was the best I've ever heard. Good job, but bad job.

I would like to give more stars. However, the issue is that it takes soooooo long for jobs to come through. 30 minutes inbetween jobs. Unless you spunk the emeralds, which are so hard to get anyway. Accumulating any cash takes time. About 40% goes of future missions. I would love to be more engaged, but I see this something I will be bored of in a couple days. I would purchase a pack, but these are well overpriced.

From what I can play it has huge potential.... Only problem is screen goes black can still hear gameplay etc and the pixels flicker black then screen goes black please fix ASAP!

Its a good game over all but i would like to be able to pick where the vehicles are from dont get me wrobg i like the euro sounds but i would like to be able to pick and choose like the Canadian RCMP cop cars and EMS and FD. The other big thing is why is the video play back for the adds keep crashing pleae fix this as i wpuld like to get some more blue money. Thanks alot hope you read this :)

Downloaded for the first time. Asked permission to folders. I denied access, game closed. Restarted, gave permission and it accessed my secure folders with passlocks on them. Looks like a great game. However, why is your program getting through encrypted passlocks and accessing my personal info?

Fun game but all of the windows for upgrading units have an impossible to click close button. In fact almost all window close buttons are either too small to click or they just don't work. This makes you shut down the huge file and wait for the 30 second load up. Seems like an easy fix that they aren't interested in making.

Awesome game. New job wait time is a little too long but I understand they need to make money. The game is very playable without spending money still. Haven't had a forced add yet so that's alway a plus.

I've just finished the tutorial and I can already tell you that I love this game! I only have one suggestion, I saw that there was an option for American sirens. All I want is for there to also be an option there for American emergency vehicles. That's all this game needs and it will pretty much be perfect, American emergency vehicles.

I didn't even start playing this game. But its showing an ERROR like another device logged in this game like that.. I want play this. Plz help me...!!
