Been playing for over a year. At level 497 I think. Loved playing and not having to spend money to go farther!! 2 weeks ago the game stopped opening. I have e mailed but no response yet. It's been a couple of days. I am on an android. Any ideas?

Why is everybody else playing and I can't? Haven't been able to play for a month. Won't load. Black screen. Been playing for 2 years until now. Have emailed you but no response. What the bloody hell is going on with you people?
