If you want to give 2 bucks to an app creator that made an app that brings you back to the home screen when you hit the play button on the start screen this is the game for you. I went to my file manager after I uninstalled this app the first time and they have a trail file that will not delete without rooting your phone. Wonder what the purpose of that file is? Also don't expect to get your money back. The app company doesn't seem interested in resolving the issue either.

Fieldrunners iss one of the few TD games suitible for casual gamers, in that it allows one to pause the game while placing towers and whatnot. Long levels wih autosave after each wave, so players can interrupt play at any time and never lose more than half a minute or so of progress.

Purchased and downloaded this game, weeks later the game still has not been fixed, the game opens but every single time I click "play" it closes and says "unfortunately, fieldrunners has stopped." Please fix, been updating my rating and review in hopes you would listen and fix it but hasn't happened so far, either fix it or refund me !!!! SSLLC is not fixing a problem that has been here for a while, haven't been able to play since purchased, turning to Google for a refund

Bought this on iOS and loved it so got it for the S4 but I cannot place defences on bottom half of screen and cannot zoom so end up with black bar on left of playing field. Looking at the reviews these issue seem to have been happening for a while now (months not weeks), when will the developers respond. Very poor!!

Runs pretty good on both xoom and galaxy nexus. Fun and addictive open map tower defense. It really worths paying. The only problem is the few tower types: 4 normally, 6 when you replay a beat level. When the developers add more towers I'll five star it

Paid money for a game that doesn't let u play right?! Can't place towers on the whole field. They won't move on the bottom of the field and kinda screws everything up. Smh. Mad I spent two bucks when I liked my fr we tower defense better. Played this on olive gardens ziosk and it worked fine. Disappointed.

I've played this before on iOS and thoroughly enjoyed the game. However, I am now using a Note 3 and placement of the towers is about an inch above my finger. This kills game play for me if I can't build the layout I want. I can't place any towers on the bottom row. Please fix!

Why does the turret I select appear 2 squares above where my finger is touching the screen? Make it very difficult to place turrets on the lower edge of the map. Why do the sounds cut out/change pitch when multiple turrets are shooting?

Cannot place towers on bottom row as with everyone else and zooming is a problem! Payed for this app so would expect at least an update with a fix but nothing for 1year. Kingdom rush is the way to go if your looking for good td game

Seriously guys, I know you're focusing on FR 2, but this has been going on for months on end. Please just fix this one issue and then you can spend all the time you'd like on the second game. Update: looks like it's never coming back.

I have purchased this game three times - once on an iPhone 3GS I no longer use, once as part of a Humble Bundle, and now on the Google Play Store. I also purchased the maps for iOS... can we get them on Android so I can give you more money please? Edit: Fieldrunners 2 is out and no iOS maps. One star until added.

I dont understand how anyone can olay this game because the co trols are flawed. When you try to place a tower it is placed a couple spots above your fi ger on the screen. Thus, there is no way to olace a tower at the bottom of the screen so all the enemies simply end up running straight across the bottom. I have no clue how this was overlooked. I'm playing on a gs3

I used to play this awesome game on the original ipod touch and I loved it.. So I thought hey! This could be fun.. I have a note 3 btw.. Not only are the graphics not even close to the ios version I can't put towers and guns on the bottom row.. Not Impressed at all.. Smh :/

This is a great game that I used to love on my GS2. Unfortunately on GS4 it is impossible to place a tower in the bottom row of the screen so the enemy can always run straight across the bottom. Please fix. This is a 5* game but I can't give more than 1 star if it doesn't work! Edit: Unbelievable that 6 months after the release of one of the most popular phones in the world this still doesn't work!!! Doesn't even.deserve 1 star in truth.

It doesn't work on my phone I have the Samsung Galaxy 6edge + and it opens the screen and when I push a button to start and it shuts down and I tried to reinstall it and it still not working. WASTE ON MONEY

I am only rating this one star for my phone. I used to have this game for my IPod. I played it all the time, but like Sergio Lopez said, it won't let me get in. I press play and it kicks me out. This may only be for my Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport but I don't know. I know how awesome this game is and it is a shame it won't work.

LG G3, I can open the app the the main screen, but once I tap any buttons to go further, it closes. I am refunding this game and my rating will remain 1-star until I get some feedback regarding a fix for this problem. I love this game and will happily buy it once it works on my phone.

Plays awesome and will always be one of my favs. Pay once and play games are a disappearin. Don't like the 2nd one because of the in app purchases, just like I don't like Pv2. Ruins the fun and spirit of the games. I'd rather pay $10 once than get any more "freemium" games. Now I only get games like this.

I used galaxy s3.When I am playing,I cannot touch on the last row of field. It means when I drag the gun item my finger does not the same position, it always show above of my finger. Plz fix it.

Dont bother if you have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Will install but never open. I even tried to play on my Note 10.1 tablet and doesnt play properly. Would like a REFUND. I love playing it at chilis. :(

So I have a nexus 6p haven't had any problems with it whatsoever but I can't play the game. I freaking love the game, its superb, but when I can't play it on my phone.... Eh, if you guys fix it tho, 5 stars for sure. Please help!

I just got the new Android update on my galaxy s5 and now every time i load the game and hit play, the game crashes. Fun game but i can't play it now, i will give 5 star if it gets fixed. Also when i could play the game it did not Allow Me To place towers in the bottom row.

The game is not playable on my Note 3. It won't allow weapons to be places on the bottom row, which renders the game unuseable. I asked for a refund, and of course they never responded. Don't waste your money.

As many of the other reviews state..you can not place towers on bottom row which highly impairs you on drylands. They obviously do not care since so many people have complained and they have yet to fix it.

I just purchased this game and after a few tries realized i cannot place any towers on the bottom row (extremely irratating). Will soon uninstall and not recommend if problem not fixed ASAP. Plz fix. (Samsung S4)

Can't put anything on the lower row. I also have a Note3. Also the screen seems to be shifted to the right and there's a vertical black rectangle on the left side of the screen but only when I try to pinch the screen to zoom in. Once I restart the game the triangle disappears and the game starts normally but when I try to zoom in the black rectangle reappears and shifts the entire screen.

For some reason, when ever I play ANY level, I can't place towers on the bottem row! I have NEVER had this problem before. Let me put this straight, whenever I try to place a tower, the game thinks my fingertip is 2 spaces up from where it should be located. Please fix this. I enjoy this game very much. Thanks! ????

really like the games. sad fieldrunners 2 isnt out on android yet. but plz fix it. got the same prob. it freezes and have to take battery out. bit of waste of money coz it has been a while havent been fixed yet.

The game loads to the main menu give but as soon as I try to select anything the game crashes. I am assuming this is due to me having Android 5.1. If the game gets fixed I will rate it 5 stars as I have played it before and loved it!

As others have complained about on different devices, the bottom row is unusable. This game worked well on my last phone, but the resolution on this phone must be too big for the game. I can't zoom in or out, which means I don't have access to the bottom row. Once this is fixed, I would easily give this game 4 stars, but until then, 1 star for an unplayable game.

Like others with the Samsung Note 5 and Samsung S-5, as soon as I hit a button on the main menu, the app stops and closes. Please fix it since people actually paid for this game at one time and should continue to be able to play it as they upgrade their phones and tablets.

Runs and as soon as I hit play or any other button I get a "Unfortunately FR has stopped" Trying to play on Note 4.

Tried the app on a friend's iPad, loved it. Went home to download it for my own personal use, app doesn't even work. I tried to reinstall, reboot, and last but not least contact customer service - all of which have had no response. Don't waste your money, it's not worth it.

Does not open the menue shows up but when you press play the screen goes black then it sent me back to the home screen

I have played this game for years since I first got an iPod touch. I have never had any issues with the app itself on any device, but now that I try to play in on my Samsung Galaxy S5, every time I hit "Play" it crashes and says: "Unfortunately, Fieldrunners has stopped working." Please get a fix to me asap so I can play, it worked on an iPod touch, iPhone 4, iPhone 4s, and other devices, but not the Galaxy S5.

Ive played this game before for other devices and i really like it... but for some reason, every time I'm in the home menu and press on any command button it kicks me out

Game shuts down when I hit any button. Has been happening to all Samsung users. Maybe you should start refunding if your not going to fix the problem.

Needs to be updated for Lollipop. Currently I can't get it to run on my phone or tablet which are both on Android 5+. Keeps crashing after any selection is made in the opening main menu. This is an old favorite, please fix!

The game itself is 5/5. But it won't work on devices that have updated to lollipop. I think the developer is out of business. They haven't updated their web site and won't answer emails. It's a shame really. If you have an older device this is hours of high value fun.
