Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter

Ripped me off, I spent $2 to get some credits and they charged my card but didn't give me the credits

This game was fun until you had to pay for ammo every time you use a gun, also try to add a multiplayer mode as well as make it free to use guns other than the handgun

Now you have to pay to get ammo that's stupid because you don't get enough money I miss the older versions because this one is not good

This is probably the best, most immersive and challenging hunting game I've played and definitely one of my favourite mobile games. The maps are beautifully designed and expansive, so much so that it takes some real hunting around to find a dinosaur (unlike some games that just plonk prey in front of you) and you play the game in first person so it really feel like you're out in the wilderness. There's a good range of different weapons from a handgun to a bow to a sniper rifle which all work quite differently and you can switch them in game, as well as dinosaur calls that can lure prey closer. You have the option to use scent cover and tracking to make hunting a little easier, but you lose points for doing so, so it's a tough call sometimes but balances the game well.The dinosaurs feel quite realistic in terms of how they respond, predators in particular are really quite terrifying (one of the strong features of the game) and they can jump out at you if you let your guard down for a second! You really don't have to pay to play and there's nothing that's 'buy only', you can pay to unlock content a lot quicker if you buy in-game currency but it's not necessary. Ads are fairly minimal and don't pop-up during play, though you do have to watch one to revive (which I think is a fair enough punishment!) On the side of the main game is a fun little 'shoot 'em up' mini game for when you want something quicker. Overall, this is a good time killer and makes for a great hunting simulation. A few minor drawbacks are the lack of customisation, lack of player level or skill system, high difficulty and long playtime (which may or may not be a bad thing, depending on what you like). The trophy room is also kind of invalid, since it fills up with random kills (mostly with low scores) and you can't choose which ones to save. A great alternative would be a hunter's cabin that you could fill with taxidermy and photos of your best kills. Other than that, there could also be a few more features to simulate a hunting experience, like sneaking, baiting, trapping or being able to fight off predators at close range with a knife, and an inventory system would add a bit more depth to the game and make it even more substantial (stegosaurus steak, anyone?). More dinosaurs to hunt would be greatly appreciated, too! A multiplayer mode would be awesome, and a VR version of this game has serious potential.

I love the new update except for ammo cost. I was hunting 1 celophysis with DB shotgun and it took 6 shots to kill! And please add a few more dinos like..mapusaurus or sorphanagax and multiplayer option and this game would be beyond comprehension!

Yay if you killed a carnivore in front of u... I did that to Velociraptor.+ I found Spinosaurus while hunting Troodon. Spinosaurus was a license. But can you make Spinosaurus more fiercer he runs away a lot. I pressed the sound button and he ran away. But good graphics and best hunting game ever.

OK, so this game used to be super fun, but having to buy expensive ammo leaves no room for error, and the only way to make profit is to hunt with a pistol. Now, rather than grinding rexes with a sniper for 60 credits a pop, now you only make 10 credits, less than a stegosaurus gives. Really this "feature" makes the game nearly unplayable, making in app purchases required to make any profit off dinosaurs.

Amazing game overall, it needs some additions like Local and Worldwide Co-op. Also, I really hope that one day, constantly buying ammo just to use a weapon before the game gets removed.

The game is great i wish they added some other dinos,weapons and maps. Like triceratops nannotyranus and giganotasaurus weapons like ak-47 and explosive guns maps that have wild herbivores and carnivores and make herbivores attack when startled make trex bigger and have all carnivorous dinosaurs hive lots of credits and lower spinosaur's and trex's cost so the people can hunt it.

It's taken a few years of waiting, but the fixes that have recently come to this game just make it solid. I can't wait to see what the future for this game holds. The future looks bright!

For some reason, you can't play this without internet connected, and also there's a bug which shows the "you have escaped box" even if i didn't press escape... Interrupts gameplay and it constantly appears it should be fixed asap

Fantastic hunter game. Annoying when you spend your last 45 pounds on ammo and then the game glitches and puts you to the title screen. Otherwise its fantastic.

I played Carnivoires 2, when I was 6 and I vaguely remembered the fun times I had with the game. I would not mind buying a no-add version of the game.

It looks awesome I really want to play it but every time I press hunt survive or trophey and pick a weapon it exits me out

Please change all credits into points as it was before and please add multiplayer
