I don't like the time challenges your not given enough time. Would like all oven or any challenges to be at your own pace. No time limit. Would love to be able to redo all challenges i didn't complete without a time limit or having to pay gems. Pay bakery game too feel the same about that game. Right now doing the candy cane only give you 5 days that not enough time. Don't set limited time for challenging us let us do them at our on pace please. Let us be able to redo both games challenges no limited time no payment of gems to be able to redo the challenge. Thank you for your listening.

Its pretty good! It's just that if you don't play for a while, you will lose ????(=== This, and sometimes I am really busy and can't work on it. I come back to my restaurant and money is wasted on spoiler food!! ????

I really like this game but it's not cool that I lost all my in game currency to some glitch and there's no tech support to get it back. I worked hard for those gems that are like real money and I'll never get that time I spent getting them back so I should be able to get them back with tech support, but no they don't do that even though it's their fault I lost them. So unbelievably dumb and if it bothers you to lose in game progress and not get it back I don't recommend this game.

I wish there is another way that for every time there is a new challenge on the clip board to get a different oven it would appear in one of the top corners on what level you can get them on. The way it is now it doesn't show me on my tablet to what level to expect them at. All it says is that I have to by jems and how many jems to get it now. I love playing this game and will keep playing it. So if there is anyway that you could change that and put it in one of the corners or even put it in the clip board where the new challenge is that would be really great this way everyone can see it and knows. It would actually be better for me and everyone that has that same problem like me not saying that everyone does have that problem but maybe some of them.

The game is great but I think there's a bug because at times, when I cook something on the stove or oven etc, when i leave the game and come back a few hours later, the food magically disappeared or the timing is off. I cook the handburger last few days and until today, is still cooking.. The timer is stuck at 11hours. Fix this..

It's a good game but not worth playing as you lose gems so easily. I had over 100 but now have 9 due to a glitch that brings up all the past tasks which you have to close down 1 at a time. Time consuming if you've done lots. Also easy to accidentally spend gems. Such a shame. I'm considering deleting for this reason.

I just love this game.. Needs Holiday decorations though so I can make my restaurant look really festive... And also starting to have a glitch, I keep getting messages of old task that are already been completed.

Played for a year n was hacked n deleted team lava didn't help.. Not cool... . I decided to try playing again.. But this time, the game keep popping up old goals on a daily basis. Makes it impossible to play. Closing the app& trying again doesn't work anymore.. I'm getting pop ups on goals from 4yrs ago.. No I do not want to spend gems on a goal from 4yrs ago spending 65gems for 1000coins.. Please stop asking! How much does 65gems cost anyway? 65gems for 1000coins?? Give me a break..

I like the game ok, but the old goals continuously replay and I have to spend 10 minuets waiting to get thru that before I can actually play. It's annoying, and I'm pretty much ready to delete the app just based on that.

I've played this game for a long time now and never get bored with it, there is always something new coming up. Have made some nice friends along the way, thanks everyone for making this game so enjoyable

Because my account at Bakery Story cannot be restored, I choose to move here. This is my favorite game ever and super addicting.

I purchased 50 gems ($9.99) to complete the popcorn goals challenge, but one of the recipes is still locked. I contacted support hoping they would unlock it, but they closed my ticket without any resolution simply stating they're unable to respond to individual requests. I would've been content getting what I paid for. Now I just want my $ back. I already submitted another ticket requesting a refund. Btw, I'm a loyal, long time player. I reached level 99 months ago (possibly some time last year). Update: I received a refund.

I love this game but the only thing I don't like is how easy it is to lose gems. Twice now I have scrolled through the crates and accidentally bought a crate that I didn't want. There should be a confirm button to make sure you want to make that purchase!

Really don't care for restaurant story I like restaurant story2 a little more but there's still alot of glitches in that one as well everytime you try to buy a table it kicks you off the game.

I had 39 gems disappear without explanation from support. I feel very cheated. Was consudering buying some in game currency but won't now

I love this game just wish there was an option to sell floor tiles and wallpapers no longer needed and that you could sell some of your people and other things to other players xxxx

Don't like that it keeps freezing. And challenges are too short to get finished.

There are consistent cooking glitches. When you place an item on the stove it's cooking before you leave the app but gone when you come back.

Fed up with the pop-up of completed tasks, it pop ups many times in a day. It's really annoying. Please fix it

It's a good game but it asks for you to expand when you don't have enough money and to pay for foodthat you don't have is stupid

I have been playing this game for over 6 years had to reset the game twice cos switched phones many many game problems customer service to date has ever answered any email or blog chat message in the last 3 years hundreds of emails sent I still play this game cos of many friends

The popups are the worst.. i mean why do i need 15 quest popups to pkay your other games?the gold/coin gain is unreal you can cook 1mil dishes before you get enough to expand.even decore cost are high compared to gain.their story 2 is is no better they simly are clueless about balance.you should never spend more than you can gain..

I love this game It is a very entertaining game to play and it is very addictive! Sometimes this game gets a little frustrating when it glitches but, overall the game is pretty entertaining!

How do I get rid of parts I am sent that I no longer need? I have a long list of random parts I accepted without realising I didn't need them now I get get rid of them and my gifts stay maxed?

Love your game i love it soooo much i been playing 2 years now i just wondering if you add something like saving the set of restaurant haah sorry i don't know what word i was looking for just like planning/blueprint hehehehehe back when i'm lvl 50 below it's kinda easy to creat new deco but when you are lvl 99 and a large area it take too lang to deco and every season or event i'm changing hehehehe like right now cristmas/holiday next will be new year valentime etc still i love your game

I use to play this game in 2010 I remember you could put the table to the door and your restaurant was closed now you can put the table to the door and the people still get in heat up all your food so how would you maintain to have a full restaurant when they coming in when you're doing shut I'm out

this is a nice app to help pass some time. most things cost gems or a lot of gold.

I had close the 4,000 plates of a certain food and 2 hours later it's all gone. I didn't have that many customers in that short amount of time. Food should last longer

It is amazing in till you get busy in real life because your food goes bad if that stopped it would get 5/5 but that is horrific

Playing this game for 2 years now. Weekly new items for sale would be nice for real.....other than that....I've made lots of progress slowly but surely.

For those who love food, u should play this games, the visuals are phenomenon!! Like very mindblowing!, the amazing furnitures are also a definite plus
