LEGO® The Lord of the Rings™

Literally my favorite game right now, it was worth every penny, and I can't explain how much I love it. It's impeccable, it's the kind of game that after you pay, there's no need to pay no more, and the graphics are excellent. It features so much scenes, making me feel as if I were in the actual Middle Earth world, and it's a long game. So, there's a lot for you to enjoy. I waited for years for my mom to finally purchase me this, and honestly I never been so happy to have a mobile game!

This is a great game that LotR and Lego fans will love. A lot of thought has gone into the game mechanics, which makes for a very enjoyable game. My one complaint is that the character creation causes the app to crash. Please fix this, devs!

Why doesn't this game support gamepads? LEGO Star Wars does, along with LEGO Batman, and a few other LEGO games I have, but not this, and not LEGO Harry Potter, and not LEGO Marvel Superheroes. Unbelievable.

I really want to give this a full five star rating- the only thing I'm currently having an issue with is every time I open the character creator the game crashes. Will there be a future update to fix this? I have to say the graphics are beautiful, it loads fast, and the audio from the movie is blended really well, some of the best I've encountered so far. Just need some help for the game to stop crashing and I'll be definitely giving this a five star!

I really enjoy the lego games, and this one is really fun, but it's not worth five dollars. It should be free, because there are so many glitches. For example: 1. the character creator doesn't work at all. You go into it, and try to make a character, the entire app just shuts down. 2. During video clips, the screen blinks blue constantly. 3. During the weathertop level, the fire would only destroy the witch kings about one in every five tries. All in all, I enjoy the game very much, but because of all the glitches, it's barely worth one dollar, let alone five.

Poor design of controls makes this game difficult to play. The graphics are good but what good is a nice-looking game if you can't play it properly. Many times, the game doesn't respond to clicks. A great game ruined by malfunctioning UI. When I start playing this game, it was very enjoyable but now it's just a waste of time. I was in mines of moria with the cave troll. I couldn't get past that level because jumping didn't work properly. I suppose the small size of my device (5") is also causing problems. On a tablet, this game might be better.

Amazing game, but a few glitches. One is when you try to enter the creator tent, the game will freeze up and shut down. Even so, the game is definitely worth the money!

Almost perfect, but character creation causes a crash everytime and something seems to be preventing 100% completion. Could use more regions like Isengard and Dead Marshes; and perhaps big playable characters like Durin's Bane (the Balrog), Treebeard, other ents, trolls, cinematic Sauron, etc.

Software won't even open, it crashes before it even loads. We want our money back. We are starting a Class Action Lawsuit. Contact us if you want to join.

I complained that the character builder didn't work. Haven't used the app since (months now) no reply. No refubd. Good game...but without the customising...not what I wanted.

No gamepad support, awful virtual joystick moves... That why I'm going to rate this game with 3 stars and then uninstall it. The good thing about this is that my brother already played it, so the money at least worth.

They need to spend more time enhancing the plot after FOTR. I expected more from TTT AND TROTK. I love all the features that various characters have!! Looking out for a Hobbit follow up! !!

The game doesn't store coins collected so you are unable to progress past the second sequence since coins are necessary to purchase characters and objects needed to progress in the game. Update: downloaded months later and same problem is there, shame they don't care. Shame they're also so indifferent to their incompetence that they won't respond to an email about getting a refund.

It's difficult to find a mobile game with a complete storyline that doesn't want you to pay to continue. One-time payment and I'm off! However complex this game may be, I can't give 5 stars because of the glaring stability issues. For example, the game crashes when I enter the "create character" tent... Would like to use that.

Good game, don't get me wrong. But this is the first time I heard audio and Jesus the audio is so screwed up. To give context, it's happening after the death of Sauron, the son has the ring, and the level just loaded.

If you like the Lord of the Rings you'll like this game because who doesn't love lego? It plays like the 3DS and PSVITA counterpart, not the PC or Home console version. Keep that it mind and it's still a good game, all the same cutscenes and level just toned down a bit for handheld and the level are also nice and short for a Lil cheeky on the go gaming.

I really like this game, except the Hobbit is definetely more fun. And also, when I go to the custom character maker, the app shuts down. :( And there isn't really an easy quick way to travel around Middle Earth. But overall, great game!:)

Ok so I started a new campaign when I bought the game it was going OK. Then I decided to change the game to my native language but now the FX sound doesn't work it's all muted except for the music and I checked in the options and it was on max and now the only thing that I hear is the music of Frodo's village. Pls fix the problem I love this game and I'm not regretting buying it

I'm completely stuck in helms deep. No cutscenes happen, no hints pop up, and no dialogue at all... quite disappointed really but a great game non the less.

All over the Internet it says this game is supported by MOGA. I assure you, the MOGA Pro Power does not work with this game. The stupid Platly Store won't give me a refund three seconds after I tried it, as usual.

The game needs more tutorial help. Tutor says you need a particular character to do something but doesn't tell you which one, or that character is not available. Plus you must repeat an entire level from the beginning to get back to where you left the game should you have close it. Boaring and too repetitve.

Character creator doesn't work. Would have been really angry if I'd have paid the original £4.99. Not nearly as good as lego star wars

This is the best Lego game I have played from Google play store, the others (I haven't tried Jurassic world) don't have free play this does, the others have small free play or replay levels but this has "roaming" free play so I love it. One problem though all the Lego games have a black screen for the cut scenes (Tesco Hudl v1) please tell me how to fix.

You can't make characters because it crashes... and there's a part in the game that I can't control myself so I can't move on... please I would like my money back because this was stupid to pay for if It don't work

My son is very upset he got almost 3/4 of the way through the game after the golum level and then a message popped up and said data is corrupted and that the data would be erased and it made us start new game. Again he is very upset he is only 5 and he worked hard to get through this game I would like a refund to get him a different game I don't want to take a chance and start a new game just for it to happen again, so I ask please refund his money

The game will start up and play the audio, but the screen is black. No visual except white lines where I assume text may be...

The best Lego game out for Android, hands down. That said, the controls and gameplay need a bit of work. Controls are terrible and too many times it's hard to gauge distances, jump up to a rope on the first....or 4th time, etc. All-in-all, well worth the $4.99 I paid for it.

Good games, a little buggy but really needs controller support like Lego star wars.

I have no idea how to even get to anywhere in the opening chapter. Compared to StarWars that is more direct on knowing where to go, Lords of the Rings is horrible design.

The game is great, however the character creator keeps crashing when I try to access it. For me to give this five stars, the character creator needs to be fixed.
