Very helpful for character creation. The paid version is definitely worth it if you play different campaigns so you can keep up with your characters easier. As a DM it also helps you keep up with custom made NPCs that you want to have class levels. Found a mistake though. Gray Dwarves are showing only a +1 to strength and they get +2.

I cannot find Passive Perception. This is the best D&D 5th edition character sheet on the Play Store. And as of this date (21/07/16) I have installed and tried all of them. There is lots to love here. I'd like to see more options to change the colours of the whole app. Add in some visual disability accessibility in the process. I'd like to see you collaborate with Titanius Anglesmith's 5e Spellbook app to add spells with minimal effort.

Is a great app overall and love everything about it. Only thing is optional stuff isn't available across the board. Like fhe dm gifting feats (could be under the menu or settings) also doesnt have a way to keep track of class abilities like paladins lay on hands. Integrating the spell list for all classes and possibly (at very minimum) the save would be an incredible and welcome addition to the app and not very difficult at least to my knowledge.

I rarely write reviews but this is hands down the best tool for 5e character creation. All the current valid options for Races, classes, backgrounds and feats are included. Interface is easy to use and customizable. It has a few issues like summarizing some rules. (I assume for copyright issues) And the exporter tool isn't perfect. But that's only because perfect would mean it bought me coffee. I can make a new character in less than 5 mins with this. It is always at my side during play and can almost replace my book. More options and a better investment than D&D Beyond. WOTC should pay this person. If you bought the same D&D product from WOTC, Roll 20, and now D&D Beyond than you can put down $3 and pay for the best 5e product currently available.

The best char generator and manager I've ever seen. A real delight. The programming is so good, you barely have to know the game's rules to use it. Has weapons, races, backgrounds, lvl ups, class-specific things.. Also really quick and clear for seeing your bonuses for every roll, be it attack or skill. Highly recommend.

Awesome app. I play on the bus ride to school with my sister and this helps us not need to have paper sheets with us. The only thing I would like to have changed is needing to pay for premium. I would love to use some of those features, but I don't have the money to buy premium. I would much rather ads. Could you please make this possible?

Do you need to roll up a character for a one shot? Wanna keep to the official rules and ignore homebrew? This apps got you covered. There's plenty if leeway for you to alter stats and add details but it'll cut out a lot of remembering where to put applicable bonuses.

Q70%
by Q####:

It's a great app much cleaner than having lots of papers in front. My only issue is I cannot find the files to import for other races. Not home brews but stuff from volo's like the Kobold and what not. It would be nice if there was a link to add or those other monster races we're added in the base app

This has to be THE best character sheet app for D&D 5e. The app works perfectly for new or old players to get in and quickly get in and create their very own character in minutes! All the information is put out in front of you, enabling experimentation and finding the best match of race, class and background. The only problems I have is the pay wall, as small as it is. Which is incredibly fair for what you get and the larger problem of no background personality selector which should be mandatory for making a character. The app as also has an awkward undo feature, but is easy to get around. All in all a fanatic app for all players of 5e, no matter if you have been playing from the beginning or just starting out! This is the app for you!

Really neat. Cant seem to restore a character after death saving throws however. If HP eq 0 then I can make death saving throws. But I can't recover the character even if I succeed all. Tried resting/healing char etc. But GUI is still locked to saving throws and now option to restore. Bug?

Love playing around with different chracters, and has helped me understand outcomes quicker. So easy to throw together an interesting build and is super assisting and helps you keep on track. $2.99 for premium was well worth the spend, leveling up has never been so convenient. Only down sides i have come across is the humans capabilities to choose a feat, extra skill prof. and 2 asi increases instead of 1 to each ability score isn't an option. As well as the spell listing database isn't a feature yet.

I really enjoy this app. It's a pretty effective way to track your character and everything about them. Only one thing, is this going to be updated for the recently released Xanathar's Guide to Everything? Since it adds 25 new subclasses, it might be a worthwhile update.

J70%

Great app. Only negative thing I can think of is that the features section doesn't replace old entries. E.g. if you now have 2 uses per day, the 1 per day entry remains

Love this app. Very handy for whipping up new character ideas and keeping track of my levels. We all use it in my game group. One enhancement I'd love is to upgrade the spell interface a bit. For characters with lots of spells to adjust daily it would be really handy to have a highlight or checkmark option to distingush between prepared and unprepared spells.

Love this app, it's by far the best chara builder for D&D 5e, and the best one I've seen for any D&D period (compared to other apps for other versions). Only wish I knew how to update it with new stuff as soon as they came out.

Q70%
by Q####:

Been using this app for a while for my 5E character backups and fast generation. After the recent update the app calculates multiclassing prerequisites incorrectly and I'm no longer able to level up my Barbarian/Druid. Will restore a star after it gets fixed :)

Q70%
by Q####:

The rating is going down. 4th Level character an I am already out of room in the Features section. Can't manage spells... If you are going to keep charging money for this app, it's time to get on the ball.

This app makes playing D&D so much easier. The only thing I'd really like added is a button that resets your hp, or something that keeps track of your max hp so you know what to revert back to.

Q70%
by Q####:

I love this app, so much that I've spent hours simply making characters. Doing so with pen and paper is time and resource consuming. This app (with the $3 upgrade) is worth every penny

W70%
by W####:

Could be improved with small things like a way to edit names and such on the fly or the option for dms like me to create folders to store characters grouped up. For ex i could have two folders named "discord group" and "wednesday" instead of the messy 8 characters to cycle through

T70%
by T####:

The app is so freaking useful for tracking character data. I've made several characters with it already. The only issue I have is that UA classes aren't included, and no info has been given about where to find such files.

M70%
by M####:

It really is not that great of a tool, honestly. It's the worst app I've used for character creation. I'm doubtful of the experience of quite a few of the raters, as this app gives so many chances for messing up your character, especially if you're new and don't know what you're doing. There's many better options.

Q70%
by Q####:

Easy to use. Has all the info you need. Occasionally confusing on wording or not telling you it left something for you to fill in like languages, but overall awesome.

R70%
by R####:

Honestly can say that this app has become a staple at my table. Not only do I find it incredibly useful as a player, especially for streamlining the character creation process, but I also get tons of use out of it as a GM. The only thing I wish it had was a spell list component. Still, it's an amazing app that I can't recommend enough.

U70%
by U####:

I really like the app, it's pretty solid. My only question is that will you add the treachery oath for the paladin at any point? Are you going to add any of the sub classes and races from unearthed arcana?

Q70%
by Q####:

Easily the best character sheet out there. I would love if you added the blood hunter class from critical role, as although it is on d&d beyond, I prefer using this app as the interface is better and you don't need an internet connection. I love using this app just to mess around with as well as making characters.

Q70%
by Q####:

Great app! Character creation is fun and leveling up is easy too. Can you also include the Ranger (Revised) that was released for 5e and a spell list that lets you know what is available at what level?

J70%
by J####:

Can you please add a better spell page? All the information about each spell, able to organize by class and level, and able to add custom spells? Also the option to move spells in the list, I.e. move a spell from the bottom of the list to the top without deleting all the spells and remaking them in the correct order. Thank you so much for your consideration!!! Also could you please add more to the background part of character creation? With what you get to what the description of the background actually is.

Q70%
by Q####:

Great app, just a few changes I would be happy to see are 1) a place for spell descriptions when you click on the spell name, and 2) a more customizable notes page, for example on my sorcerer I would want to be able to get rid of the weapon and armor prodiciency boxes. But yeah as it stands I like this app a lot

Q70%
by Q####:

Love the app. I wish there was more flexibility in customizing the notes and weapon page. Really, all I want is for my bold words to save the next time I open the app. It would also be great to customize a weapon to have multiple damage types.

Q70%
by Q####:

Exactly what it says on the tin. No frills, great utility. Character creator is great. Maybe add a dice-rolling tab so app-juggling isn't necessary? Not a complaint, just an idea. This app does everything it advertises, and without any headaches. Easy 5 stars. Thanks for making it, Mr. Kammerer.

U70%

This app is amazing, I use it for all of my characters. The only thing I wish is that it had pregen traits, personalities, etc. Buying the full thing is worth it!

Q70%
by Q####:

Hey, the leveller isn't currently working. I'm on a Samsung s7 and have had zero problems with this app before. Error says "this character wasn't made using the character wizard" on characters that I definitely made using the app.

Z70%
by Z####:

Exported character sheets come out as a total mess of formatting and tags. Can't recommend until it's fixed; There's no point in a character sheet if you can't send it.

Q70%
by Q####:

Superb app and one of the best out there. If i had a scroll of lesser wish, I would ask for a spellbook that could lookup the spells, rather than having to use a different app to find details.

Z70%
by Z####:

Two things would make this app amazing, and a 5 star app. -needs guidance on number of spell slots and cantrips, based on character (I'm cool with inserting spells from elsewhere, just want to track how many I'm allowed) -requires a place to track armor and shield stat changes, right now we can only apply armor to our AC without it saving the data or listing the worn items

Q70%
by Q####:

It's a real helpful tool for keeping track of all my NPC's as well as the numerous characters I've made up in the minute chance that I ever stop being perma DM. I'd like a namable folder system for different sheets. So I can have one labelled for different factions games and types of character.

G70%
by G####:

Actually better than I initially thought. Some of the add-ons seem to be not quite equal to the correct 5e versions and the spells are hard to input but it still is the best Dnd 5e app I have experimented with.

H70%
by H####:

Best at what it does. Missing some very minor things (passive perception, magic items). Handy for any player or even DM.

G70%
by G####:

The most streamlined app for character sheets I've found so far. With an implementation of spells and inventory, and smaller additions (e.g. languages or the skill proficiency overlap rule), it would become supreme.
