Project64 - N64 Emulator

Doesn't have support for romhacks (.z64 files or other) which the PC version does. Very sad. Wanted to play SM64 Maker on my tablet but I can't because of this restriction

Some audio glitches will happen. Also,will this allow me to play ROM hacks such as Super Kirby64 or other stuff? If so please tell me how. If it doesn't, please add that! Otherwise, it's a great emulator

Just needs to be faster. Love this emulator on the PC, and would like it if this one was just normal speed. Also, kinda wish the Z button was in a different spot. Not sure if I can change that yet. Overall though, has promise, and just needs to run faster.

Well... EVERYTHING IS AMAZING... But. I can't play Roms for example Super Mario 64 and other Mario 64 Roms I really like Mario 64 but is slow if you fix this I give 5 stars

I have your PC version of project 64. I looked for you on Android and was surprised to find that you are charging for game saves. Your PC version is fantastic. I have every game ever made for N64 and 80% of them work. Amazing program. But you should be ashamed of yourself for charging. That's not the spirit of emulation and retro gaming. Cmon man. Make a free app and an app for a dollar and both are the same. The paid is just a donation to you for your work. You would be surprised how many of us would pay. Especially those coming from your PC emulator. Really disappointed, I will be uninstalling and getting a Mupen64 clone app. There are a few good ones. Stay away from this one until he stops charging. Besides there are so many free ones on the store, who would pay for a bad beta emulator when they could get a working alpha for free? Get real. Never seen an emulator with so many 1 star reviews, gee I wonder why.

Downloaded this b/c I heard it could run Paper Mario without the flickering visual glitch; however, P64 crashes every time I try to load Paper Mario. Other games seem to work, but Paper Mario is proving to be a worthy adversary!

I like the ease of use, and simple UI. This PJ64 port obviously needs more time to mature. I'm certain that eventually it could even hold a candle to Mupen64+AE. Keep it up!

It was pretty much good but the lag that needs fixed and maybe improve the speed or add Skip frame to it that might help and update the software where Labs much and if this update designed for tablets

Runs great on my Xperia XZ1 with less graphical issues than the other emulators I've tried. Perfect with an 8Bitdo N64 Bluetooth controller.

Runs great but no access to cheats n funny modifiers like on the PC version, I would gladly rate 5star if you add the cheat function as I'd like to mess around with them sometimes..

I'm trying to run hydro thunder but it's slow the emulator needs more settings I need to fix the audio and speed but there's no option to change the emulation profile.

I give a 5 star because I know what project 64 is capable of. It has a frontend on PC, vs mupen64 doesn't. However on mobile, Mupen has been here longer and is better suited for it. Project 64 will have updates that will enable a smoother gameplay and experience.

Works really well BUT can you please add in a setting to lower the start button and the L&R keys. Other than that works great! :)

Cant Play Nintendo 64 Disk Drive (DD) Roms...It can't play Mario Artist -Polygon Studio...its a .BIN Dumped File. When im scanning the rom it does not appear

Ok pj 64 on pc is amazing. But this version cant even run gauntlet legends. It cant run hydrothunder more than 15 fps (with sound off!) Ive found a better android emulator

The best N64 emulator comes to Android! A custom save directory can be specified through modification of a config file, though there's no UI for it. Still, five stars.

It very well made but I would like to see it with an autosave when ever the game crash or quit or pause

When I try to play pokemon puzzle league it says fatal error and crashes

Barely runs games. Freezes alot. Cant even support basic hacks

It's a great port from the PC version, but I would love it if you allowed cheat codes and hacks. Also I tried to use a ps4 controller, and the buttons paired perfectly fine, but it keeps thinking I'm constantly pushing the analog sticks and D-pad in one direction constantly, making it imposable to use them. Other than that, it's a great emulator and I love how you can use a keyboard. Please fix these things in the future. Thanks!

Project 64 randomly stopped letting me access my save about 25 hours into my favourite game unless I paid to open it. Otherwise it would delete my file and make me "restart" from the beginning. I've got no problem with donating money but being manipulated into spending it with my arm twisted isn't a nice feeling. I would've rather not downloaded this at all in the first place? A heads up at the beginning of the download telling me all my time would count for nothing unless I paid would've been a lot more decent. Just out of principle there's no way I will give them my money even if it inconveniences me. Disgusting.

Worked great...for maybe 12 hours. Then asks you to pay...let people try the game at least a week, what a joke. Never paying for crap like this when you can find free ones that are slightly worse.
