Mastermind

This is a great version of Mastermind with more customization than any other version I've seen in this store, the UI is a bit chaotic for my taste & some of the colors blend together in my eyes. I wouldn't object to having different color sets to choose from.... Also, this seems to be the only way to report bugs.... So minor things like "when using colorblind mode, the legs are replaced with numbered legs (which is great), except for the solution which has standard legs. I'm also not sure about the assumptions used for the math, but I love that feature :)

This game is great, except for the fact that the yellow, orange, and red are very close color shades. It makes me strain my eyes to distinguish them. Otherwise I really love this game and the advanced configurations you can do to make it harder.

I would really appreciate to have a possibility to set yes/no on repeating colours in single player. Otherwise it's the best mastermind app on Android!

Simple UI, colors aren't distracting, and best of all No permissions! Nice.

This is a great app but I would like to see it keep your scores, win percentages, times, etc. I would also really like to be able to tap to place the colors rather than having to drag. Still five star worthy.

My only wish is that it had a 2 color option. However, this is the only one out there that seems to give you many setting choices which makes it great for people with TBI and short term memory issues.

I particularly like the "teach" mode - I find it very interesting and sometimes surprising. I'm now playing with 5 slots and 8 colors and usually winning in 7 turns. I'd like to suggest some stats, like average time/turns and some way to see the "optimal" guess (the one that's guaranteed to eliminate the most number of possibilities).

Only the style need to improve.. if it's 3d ishh , or maybe gradient colored like the other apps it'll be a 5 star.

I haven't got a clue of how to play this game, what makes it worse is the fact that it doesn't even tell you how to play!

Colors too simular (we dont care why you chose those colors- they suck) Can't configure to not use duplicate colors in one row

Nice update on the design, and good job getting it so small. Not sure why most of the other versions are so big. High scores would be nice to add.

A mind twister. Addicted to master mind lovers.

I've tried several versions of this game and this is the best one. Numerous options that are easy to configure, multiplayer mode, dragging provides fast and easy play, and the layout fits everything nicely in the screen without anything being too small. There is room for improvement though, so I will email the dev and see if they will further improve this already great game.

Love that it's simple. No special permissions. True to the classic with one exception that I would love to see, and bummed that it doesnt. In the classic if you get to the top and haven't found the correct combo you still saw the correct line of colors. Of course if you guessed sooner than the end, you are shown the match, which this does. Just feel kinda left in the dark when haven't guessed and ends with no resolution to the game just played. Hope it's an over site and is avalable. If so, how to adjust to get thatoption. If not available please consider adding that feature. Thats why 4 stars instead of 5. Thanks

I love Mastermind & this app is a faithful rendition of the regular game with lots of useful options. I have used it on a Galaxy SIII for a couple weeks now with no problems. Seems to be pretty lightweight & doesn't freeze my phone or interfere with other phone functions. I will likely buy the pro version in the next few weeks if no problems come up. Good work.
