PPSSPP Gold - PSP emulator

Why remove the multithreaded option and auto rotate? My phone can't use vulkan and multithread helps a lot in my games. control seems to be better. Also when return back to the app from the recent apps they are no visuals and only black screen with the controls still present.

Okay fixed smooth again just a bit sound lag issues but won't affect much

Using vulkan on Galaxy S7 Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep crashes after the "this game uses auto save feature" screen.

Newest update unfortunately makes my games frequently freeze for about 10 seconds and then everything starts moving again.

I'm so happy to contribute money to a dev working on this awesome project. Being able to play peace walker and ff7 crisis core would be so great. Seems like they both run pretty well. However sound is a big issue. Very impressed. Can't wait to see what happens.

I'm on an LG K20+ and was wondering if my phone is the issue or not. I'm having trouble with the games slowing down and sluggish frame rate and cant seem to figure out what i can do to help or fix it. Let me know

Considering this is an emulator you can play on a phone, people really need to stop nitpicking. It's fantastic and my only request is if these guys, or girls, can try do a 3DS version, then my life would be complete.

These guys are doing a great job! Not every game works perfect but that's hardly the case and hardly the dev. faults. Fighting games seem to work well. Sports games by EA have issues unless there older. Settings does a lot to help as well as developer support. Thanks guys. Lastly but most importantly... extracting is VERY simple. problem with controls on s8+. The □○ etc are slightly off centered. When u press, theres no response. I have to press to the left of the buttons. Any1 else have this problem??

this is useless i cant use anything.. the game does not load.. every time i tried to play anything it said the frame skip need to adjust. how to adjust if the game doesn't load. this is suck.. waste my freaking money.

Theres still some bug in galaxy s7 slim. For example, while the game running and you try to minimize then re open the app. The screen start flickering like hell. Please fix. Other than de bug everythings fine

I am so happy donating on this app because it is the best psp emulator I used, but developer can you fix the multiplayer mode in this app because some of the games are not connecting to the other devices. Please developer fix it sometimes when we are connecting the games are lagging and crashing. If you fix this emulator i will give this app a 5 star. I played tekken 6 with my friend and we tried connecting to each other but after 30 minutes our devices are still not connecting. We played fight night 3 and our devices are perfectly connected but it is laggy our devices fps dropped. I know that you can fix this problem make it the best emulator for the psp.

i used the free version a couple of years ago and really liked the app. I feel so good to just delete the free version and get the gold one to support the devs. Now if only there was a Vita emulator too!!!!

Its a really good app i only found one very minor glitch. if you try to connect a ps4 controller and set its analog stick it will all show as the same but if you just do default and change everything but analog and d-pad it should work. it would be good if the gltch got fixed but its fine this way too

The only problem i had so far was when i was playing the sims 2 castaways and it just freezes. I hope you are able to fix this because i really enjoy that game

Normally would be five stars, but the recent updates caused PPSSPP to stop working on the Tab Pro 3 with Z8500. Used to work great. Now crashes before starting up.

You gotta get the cheat thing under control. No one can figure it out.

I've followed several tutorials as well as the instructions on your site and I still can't get it to load any games. Other than that cube thing to make sure it will work on my phone. Not feelin this especially when I paid for gold

Ive been using the free version for the pc and android for a few months now and its great. Its fast evolving with the deva's working hard to iron out bugs as they get them and it runs 90% of the games I've tested at full speed with graphic enhancements on. i recommend this to all psp-ers who want to re experience their favorite games with a whole new level of detail. You really should know your system specs before complaining that the emulator runs slow or crashes on you this is not meant for slow crappy phones. Runs great on my transformer tablet at 5x graphics resolution. Love this app. Monster hunter 3rd no longer runs causes App to crash Nexus 6p please fix

bug report - graphic setting-> non buffer mode -> the PSP save game profile selector screen is missing! i can guess my way into saving my game sessions and resume but would be difficult to choose save profile as i can not see which profile im saving. non buffer mode setting appears to be optimal performance for several of my devices. bug #2 - fast memory (currently noted as unstable) - this setting does benefit alot in smoothness of entire game play. multi-threading is awesomeness in psp games if user can turn off background music it can possibly improve overall performance n reduce audio lag (hince AATRAC decoding) all these above options helps alot during actions in game play when say example..combatting with multiple enemy characters (or objects in rapid motion) i have been playing my fav. collections of rpg hack n slash games...bring back good old school leisure times.. thank you ppsspp developers n keep up the good progress!! my devices: Sony Xperia Tablet 200gb microSD & Xiaomi Mi MIX internal 256GB both were quite descent hardware specs aside from its design of storage paths.

A little laggy and glitchy on my note 4, but the best one out on the pstore. Support the dev and buy it. Edit: ppsspp plays all the games that it supports flawlessly on my nvidia shield tablet.

I'm already a psn fanboy(at heart) I did love original xbox. Other then that I'm rocking with this ppsspp emulator, gonna go ahead and support the devs !!! Love it on my galaxy s8

It's a really good emulator that deserves the cost. I have a slight problem with my buttons being unsigned so on 4 stars, but other than that it's great.

Keeps force closing on note 8. But runs almost everything I throw at it at 60 fps

this app is super !! i use it to play Super Robot War ..the graphics is excellent and smooth....i found its actually very low battery consumption too... very nice! by the way i am using samsung note 4 the rom stored at external sd card

Many people say "It's too slow" or "it's too boring" ignore them because this app is really good. Their just a bunch of lazy spoiled brats

People, I'm not telling you what to do with your money, do whatever you want with it. However, I strongly suggest you support this app because i think it's the real deal. New update has done wonders, I can play Persona 3 Portable flawlessly now and I have even played for 30+ hours. This app really deserves support, please support this app so it can accomplish even more awesomeness!

i love this emulator ive used those ones that copy the layout they are a joke this renders every game perfectly .. works well on my phone just wish it would load on remix os or android tv it installs just doesnt load it crashes or load then closes

I just tested with new Vulkan support... OMG, HUGE difference, full antiliasing and the games run full speed!

This would be a near perfect app but sometimes the shape buttons don't work on the galaxy s 8+. Please assist.
