Good game, bought te full version unfortunately there's a glitch cos no matter wat I did it just wouldn't work, thus can't contimue with the game,, disappointed. But the story and quest b4 te glitch sets in was good. Hope they can fix te glitch.
Stop complain if you have to purchase the game.... It is only less than $4 (not $40) unless you can't afford it.... If the game is very good like what i read on other comments i will serious buy the full version. Thanks. Keep it up! :)
Great turn based RPG. Lots of customization of parties with the class changes. Well worth the 3.99 full game purchase. The demo portion was beyond sufficient (3 hours for me) to feel out gameplay and get a taste of the story. I'm very happy with my purchase!
I enjoy the classic game play...reminds me of playing old school Final Fantasy games. Worth the purchase. For those you upset you have to pay for the full version...get over it. Pocket change to get. These fine people would like to get paid for the entertainment they are providing us. You don't work for free, do you? Just saying. Keep up the great work!
Bought the full version, played halfway through the game, was have a good old time. Out of nowhere, the screen freezes during a battle, my phone resets itself, and now not only is my save data gone, but there's no recognition of me having bought the full game. It's only $4, sure, but come on.
This had to be the deciding factor for my rating. It was bad enough with the clunky menus, and the constant crashing (had to hard-reset my LG Lucid 2 at one point),but that really took it. Never looking at this game again.
I love the games with one paid then just play, but this one is different, you need to buy the full version. I'm really looking forward like "Machine Knight RPG" the best game created by Kemco but the other games is so much greedy to money.
So fat this game is all around amazing. Only 3 stars because I purchased the full version and still can't go further. Verifying purchases doesn't help. I will change to 5 stars once this is fixed.
Many times have I played. And many times do I love the game. It is well worth the money you could put into it. The game has an interesting storyline, difficult bosses (but with the right amount of training they're easy.), and simple yet elegant graphics. All in all, 5/5 stars.
Many people are complaining about having to buy the full version, but the game even warns you in the beginning before you start playing that you'll need to purchase the full version later, and at least this way you can sample the game before committing and purchasing it. Most games are either one time purchase or a freemium model where IAP are essential to get ahead at a decent rate. Overall decent game, but I wish I could take multiple characters with me and switch them out on the go or in any city
This game is like a fusion of the old final fantasy one by squaresoft and pokemon by gamefreak. Kemco is really a great rpg developer/producer/publisher which will pull you to follow the story little by little. I haven't finished this game yet because I just play this not seriously. I read in the description that this is just a trial version so I do not play too much. I end up losing to Rudee twice and then I give up because it is a waste of time playing a story that is incomplete. RPG is like a novella.
The Demo is amazing the menus are not clunky the idiot who camplained about the menus can't find his or her own way around the house. Lol
I love this game its a good old fashioned hero summoning of love.
This game is fantastic. It's much akin to Lucia on the SNES. Highly recommended. Game play is great. Soundtrack is mediocre, but has a great midi tone to it. Controls are simple. One hour into the trial and just barely passed the first "boss".
Right off, I'll say there are only two very minor negatives with the game. The menu systems can be slow to respond, and you have to buy the full game. Nothing to warrent avoiding the game for, just better to get straight to the point. Game is big enough to easily loose 60hrs+ in, has over 30 different team mates to choose from and a large 'class' list to train up (Warrior, Knight, Sorcerer, Assassin, bikini model...kidding. There's about 15-20 jobs/classes) For £2.00/$2.85 it's one of the better ones.
Very well put together game. I ended up buying the full version almost immediately. The class system entwines the classes, allowing you to pick which classes suit your character to your liking. Then allows blending through intermediate and master classes. The equipment synthesizing is detailed and gives you a reason to hold on to or aquire items that might otherwise be less powerful in order to obtain something much better. The only issue I have with this game is one of the things that I love about it.
Some of the bad things would be the needlessly (to me) complicated menu screen and obviously the really poor lack of proofreading. Want an example? When I buff ATK, it states that its restored even if it wasn't debuffed in the first place. The good parts for me is a namable protagaonist, possibly multiple endings by my assumation of character relationships improving, knowing where I last left off in the story and lastly the ability to gain CP points through battle. Get this better proofread and I may add another star to the rating.
People these days are like, oh wow! a free kemko jrpg! Must press the install button as fast as i can without reading the description first, then afterwards, i should give this game a 1star rating because kemko didn't tell me that its a demo.. Oh yeah.. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE DISCRIPTION FIRST!? (kemko is the only game company that solely devotes itself in making excellent localized/translated traditional jrpg for android/ios, so if you like it, then buy it)
I could scream at the idiots that have given this game 1 star. Are you people stupid? Its a demo of what is a pretty tidy RPG and well worth £4. This is an opinion of someone that's been gaming for over 30yrs. Try it and you may see that its one of Kemcos more slick and accessible offerings and well worth punt
I love Kemco RPGs, they are fairly priced and have enjoyable characters and a Cool story line. This one is definitely worth the purchase of the full version. Controls are fine on both my LG G2 & my Ipega gaming tablet. Characters are fun and the story line is interesting. Thanks Kemco =^_^=
I really like this game the only thing I wish kemco WOULD fix is the lagging and freezing of the game it happened to me three times already two times I had to force my cell to restart because it froze the entire game plus screen I couldn't do anything. Its realling f-ing annoying it kinda makes me not want to play anymore but I bought it for full price and for full price u better believe imma beat this game. So kemco get on it seriously
This should have been free. All in all, it wasn't terrible. I just didn't care for the characters much. The class system lacks depth, however it's nice that they added an element of strategy to battles because enemies can be weak to various attack types, like smash, slash, throw, etc. For the most part, though, I would just hit the auto-battle button and eat a sandwich. It wasn't until much later in the game that I actually had to stop and choose actions rather than rush it. It was a bit longer than their usual RPGs, mainly because I had to grind a lot for the bonus boss. Not as bad as Eve of the Genesis, though (level 250, anyone?). The ending was OK, kind of disappointing that the other characters didn't have any dialogue (like Chrono Cross and Chrono Trigger did, depending on your party members).
Only played the free part and a bit disappointed that it's so short. It does however feel like a game that's worth buying.
It says in big bold letters right there at the very start of the description that this is a small part of the game and you can purchase the full game from within this demo. They couldn't make it any more clear and there is no trick going on. These people download it without reading the description and then rate it 1 because they were too blind & ignorant to see the big writing in front of their faces that says it's a demo? They blame the game because they can't take two seconds to look at the description before downloading it. Those are false reviews that are more like counting how many brain cells people who miss this is a "small part of the game" have and they shouldn't be counted. Seriously they can't be bothered to look at the description that makes it so obvious saying right at the start this is just a small piece of the game and rate it 1 as if they were tricked, it just shows their ignorance for all to see!
The story was very typical not very much depth to it. The touch screen to walk was pretty cool but sometimes my character would get stuck or the cursor wouldn't go where I tapped. The game pad was a little too sensitive I found that I over shot my destination often. Menu navigation really cumbersome. Music was very limited. The mountain pass part was really annoying. Really disliked having my party members force switched throughout the game. No side content.
Amazing RPG game. Great class system. Love the mercenary hire system and if you're not stingy and pay the £4 for the game, there are in app purchases but the points needed for these purchases can be acquired through fighting many enemies so technically u can buy the in app rare items by not paying for anything :) Love this game.
I have played at least 8 different Kemco games and this is by far my favorite. Very fun old school RPG action. The class changes are always a nice element to an RPG. You get 1 point per 5 enemies killed that you can spend in the in-app store which is very generous in my opinion. Thank you for another great game, Kemco!
Superb game! Love the layout and style! No glitches so far. Just bought it, I will be sure to mention any problems if and when they occur! Great job!!
Im not paying $4 for this old game and for the Summer LaRose who say that the people are to stupid to realize that this is a demo must have nothing better to do but insult people online but wont say it to people's face in real iife cause you know what would happen to you
Definitely a shot at recreating old school rpg goodness, though the writing could use a little polish. But all and all a decent little game.
I'm not too far along yet, but the game seems to do a surprisingly good job recapturing the feel of playing a later-era SNES RPG. Probably too easy to appeal to veterans or hard-core gamers, this might be a good place to start for casual gamers who want to experience a traditional RPG.
I like rpg's with change class features. I've already finished the game but it seemed there are still unlocked features like the ultimate class, few equips nowhere to be found and some places that are still unreachable. Will there be update on this game?
But the frustration ofv the monsters coming and going is driving me insane, every few seconds I get attacked and its getting to me bad. Please make it less encounter time...cant stand it lol
Hit-Point has done some good games for Kemco, but the user interface usually is lacking. This time around, it's a really terrible mess, annoying and pointlessly confusing. I couldn't even reach the end of the demo because of it! Uninstalled.
I am very picky about what I buy, but after testing this game out, I bought it for 4 bucks. I have to admit, it is fun and easy to play and get into. I feel I won on this purchase.
You would be alot better like for a short making to more games free for a week but if not download by then must be paid for. But beside that your games are great
Its like old school Final Fantasy. I rated it 4 stars due to the clunky menu. Having to hit button 4 times to use healing spell outside of combat is ridiculous. And the random encounter rate is a bit high.
You guys are probably my favorite people to get games from. I only wish I had money to buy your other games & full versions!
So much fu , been missing games like this for years. Looking forward to playing it all the way through
Graphics don't matter to me, and I found the controls okay enough. The characters were passable, and the class system wasn't that bad. However, I have plenty of gripes with this game. There was an annoying pause every time I pressed something. The encounter rate was also annoyingly frequent. The world's lore felt unexplored. And sidequests felt trival at best.
