Broken Sword 2: Remastered

So far im about a third through the game and its great! Much better than the psx version, graphics are great and the portraits of the characters are fantastic. I gave 4 stars because the controls of touching the hands to go the next area or room is very fickle and doesn't work at times. Can be very frustrating but other than that this game is just great.

Love this series. However, all cutscenes are blurry on my device (Nextbit Robin) which makes it unplayable. Please could you look into this issue? Edit: Issue was fixed by updating my phone to Android 7.0 which came out today.

Loads of fun and a great rendering of a classic point and click adventure. It would get 5 stars, but it crashes quite a bit. I was able to get past most by restarting, but the latest one continually crashes when I try to escape from the warehouse after rescuing Nico.

Loved this game on the pc. It crashed at 75% on my old phone and has done it again on my new phone. Really annoyed

Amazing remake of the play station game! Controls are great and the story is solid. This is a wonderful sequal to the first Broken Sword with the same charm, new challenging puzzles and a new adventure!

Runs perfectly on my Nexus 6P. I would love to play it on my NVIDIA Shield Android TV. Such a high quality game.

The control is hell! There are often awkward pause before important action! I rage quit when in the second timed puzzle these pauses makes it unsolvable even though I did the right things in all dozen of tries! That's just the feather that broke the camel's back. The story is far inferior than the first game, most of the puzzles are frustrating and irrational rather than rewarding and challenging, the blue dots pointers are hard to find in my a7 phone screen because they don't show up until I tap exactly where they are (unlike the first game where it helpfully shows surrounding ones), uninteractive foreground pictures often block the more important main view, again all this are presented with story full of plot hole, unsubtle immature jokes, and non-existance of willing suspension of disbelief. The only reason I put up with playing this until 78% completion was because I planned to buy and chronologically play all broken sword series that are available in google store, but this discourages me from buying bs5. I don't care anymore about continuation of the characters' story (have I mentioned that all of characters from first game got flanderized badly?), I'm uninstalling this, I am telling you, this isn't even worth 78% of the price.

Always love the broken sword saga's hopefully they keep making them.

While the game works fine, this current install doesn't appear to play the sound on the introduction sequence.

Played these from being a kid on my windows 98 pc .. never gets old.

Are their any plans to release 3 & 4 on Google play?

Just as good as the first, been a fan of Broken Sword since its playstation 1 days, and it's as fun to play now as it was then. Brilliant story, graphics, the best in this type of game.

Wonderful story telling, puzzles, adventure, and the point and click adventure works great with touch screen devices!

Nice game, but not as good as the first part. Story is great, but the controls don't work so well and the letters are too small to read comfortably. There were also more good puzzles in the first part. But alltogether worth playing even though ☺

I like the game, but a bug has prevented me from getting a needed item to continue on in the game. I hope it's fixed soon! :S

On my galaxy s6 the subtitle text is super small and the onscreen icons for the inventory are hard to hit if you have average size fingers. If this adjusted correctly for the increased dpi of the screen it would be much better.

So good playing this after all these years, just as good as I remember. I can remember the demo of this in ps1 magazine many many years ago. Just as addictive and a first class game
