Daydream Launcher

Since there is no adequate info or description, I give 2 stars because it does not even stay on. No explanation given. Does work, but screen turns off anyway so what's the point? Is this really a preview for daydreams??

Refuses to open, crashes everytime on my Galaxy Note 3, Note 4, or Samsung Tablet. Maybe the developer should note in Play Store that this app is not compatible with Samsung devices? Jus a thought.

Thanks for the wonderfully simple way to launch Daydream !! Works great. Begs the question: "Why wasn't an icon originally included with the app ?"

I don't know whether it due to note 2 or what But when I press the widget it says app not installed So I turned the app on with a short cut via launcher. .says not working send report

Dev is very responsive to an issue I encountered. This is exactly what I've been looking for. Will definitely recommend.

Goes into screensaver mode alright.. Just shows me this time & nothing else - no jelly beans.. Does Android version over 4.2 matter?

Started using daydream recently, but with the way my phone is set up, I have to turn it on manually. Thanks for making this. Every now and then, I need an app that "does that one thing (with out any pointless fluff)" and it doesn't exist. But, for once, it does. Thanks again

Great app, nice simple way to launch daydream. Just about perfect.

Not working on my galaxy tab 2 10.1 would love it to work though. Just says it has stopped working.

This works great on Android TV!

This app works beautifully and as designed. Android only allows daydreams to run in the same orientation as the last app (the home screen is fixed portrait). To fix that, I downloaded Screen Rotation Control which force rotates the home screen and works while daydreaming regardless of the last app orientation.

This solved my problem with wanting to start daydream at my desk without having to plug it in every time. I used an NFC tag. I'm currently using the Quotes Daydream. This would've been a five except it always launches the daydream in Portrait mode regardless or orientation. Daydream itself will change. Why does this app force portrait?? Great app other than that.

Works 80% of the time. Sometimes it just won't trigger. This is on note 2. Those with rotation problems means is most likely your launcher doesn't support landscape. Root and try xgel.

The only grievance I have with this app is that it still allows the screen to time out on the Motorola mini.

I use it with Locale to activate Daydreams when I'm at my desk at work, but not when the phone's charging on my bedside at night (when I want the screen off and dark). Perfect.

The screen seems to stay in whatever state it was in, when launching, which for the most part is portrait.

I love it. And a notification in the status bar would be awesome. A little rainbow would look cute.
