Please clear the problems sometimes I'm not able to login it shows unauthorized and sometime if I stand in location itz not able to capture the photo...please rectify my prob as early as possible.

I am working in a village. In my village there are two blocks . one block belongs to me but in that app it viewing whole village survey numbers . If I completed my work but it showing there are some survey number didn't completed . so please rectify it.
