L’Esperance, dans le bourg d’Hérouville Saint Clair à 2 kilomètres du port de Caen et à 10 kilomètres de Ouistreham, départ du car ferry pour l’Angleterre. Le restaurant l’Esperance a été repris par Pascal ANGENARD et sa femme Claudine au mois de mars 2009, celui-ci bénéficie d’une vue exceptionnelle sur le canal de Caen. Le bâtiment des années 50 est posé là sur le chemin de halage où se croisent, promeneurs, cyclistes et rameurs d’aviron.
