Downloaded this app the other day to help me learn French as it will read you the cards in any language of your choice. I had a bit of trouble getting the text-to-speech working, so I e-mail the developer expecting nothing. Instead, he e-mailed me numerous times, and even got on Google Chat with me to get everything working... turned out to be a configuration issue on my end. What great customer service!!!

This app is a must if you are studying anything. If you are learning a foreign language it speaks in different languages. I give it a 11 on a scale of 1 to 10

Wow! I had this idea of a program back in 2002. I couldn't find a card shuffle mode in similar programs. I repeat shuffle mode not random mode where u can run into the same word in a cycle a number if times!! The developer was kind enough to fix some an issue. I have tried several of programs and apps similar but nine delivered what I wanted!great app great developer!!

Loved the idea but it was a waste of money because there was no menu button.I was unable to make any flash cards.

I wanted to like Flashcard Maker. Particularly I looked forward to having the program read medical teminology to me in Spanish while I worked. However, Flashcard Maker costs three times as much or more than the competition, and in my opinion is not as good as Flashcard Buddy ($1.99). Below are the major failings of Flashcard Maker: 1.)Flashcards difficult to create on computer 2.)Does not accept images on flashcards. 3.)Only 2 page flashcards(many complex topics benefit from a 3rd notes page. 4. Price

Great flash card app, works well on my razr. Dev is very responsive to questions. Not too difficult to import cards from PC. Just be sure to read all the instructions on the dev's site.

This is a great little learning tool with a lot of features that the other "flash card" programs lack. Easy to edit cards Easy to run different scenarios Easy Easy Easy Well worth the price.

Between this and flash card buddy pro I prefer flash card buddy, still useful however

I was surprised howhard it was to find a simple flash card app like this. I like it's simple and straightforward approach, though I'd like to see it randomize the order of the cards during play. It would also be nice if you could provide a forum for people to share their deck creations so we don't alkyl have to reinvent the wheel.

I think is necessary to be able to sort the cards in alphabetical way "in editing part" as I sometimes look for a word to add something to it. It's not possible to add picture to the cards.

I can not add or import card from computer.

Wasted hours on this and never could get it to work.

This is the perfect app for any college student who learns from flashcards well. Much better than carrying around a massive deck of over 300 flash cards.

Formatting a set of cards on my computer, I made the mistake of saying "on" to the hide card enabled option and couldn't understand why I was having problems. I figured it out and now all works beautifully now. Thanks Mr. White and sorry for projecting my frustration. I love the voice to text feature!

Not only is this app the best I have ever used for studying, the developer and customer service that comes with this app is outstanding. I loaded about fifty flash cards on the developers website, and was having trouble importing them to my tablet, The developer walked me through it on the phone and presto my flash cards were successfully imported from the web to my Asus Transformer Prime, you can not beat the service this dev offers. Great App and a great Dev. THANKS so much

- When my Transformer Prime goes to 'sleep mode' the current card I have open loses all the information on it. - Unable to change the title of a deck (I open the deck and change It But it's not shown when I go back) - Needs an on/off button for viewing apps (so no annoying voice reads the card) - Gestures are too reactive on the cards -- Keeps reading the writing on the card + changing cards. When the app is improved I'll definitely redo my review and give stars accordingly!

I could not figure out how to make cards on the computer and get them to my phone. I emailed developer of program and he spent half the day emailing me back helping me figure it out. Great customer service. Definitely recommend app to everyone.

Love this app! The one thing I would add is a quicker way to add all of the cards that are hidden back to the deck. Like an unhide all cards button.

Very easy to get going right away. The only problem I had was self-inflicted. Jeff White responded to my phone call almost immediately and was helpful to the point of editing my first deck to fix a problem I would have had by making an incorrect assumption of formatting the cards. I highly recommend this app to anybody studying for any exam.

Worst app ever don't waste your money. The other free apps work way better. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

It haven't updates, in my smartphone Sony z, the app stopped for nothing, it's sad.

This app sucks because... 1. Does not work on the HTC One 2. Has randomly deleted all of my cards in the past 3. The hide from deck feature is super annoying and the app doesn't have any way to disable it. I often accidentally hide cards from the deck and then have no choice but to go through every single card, one by one, in edit mode, to find that card I hid 4. The text to speech feature is also annoying, there should be a way to completely disable it. 5. Text to speech only supports 4 languages besides english 6. The swiping between cards can be very difficult sometimes, requiring 5 or more attempts just to see the next card 7. Entering cards is a painfully slow process 8. There is no connectivity to external flash card sites such as quizlet or studystack 9. The price is really high compared to other apps which are much more functional than this 10. There is no personal scoring feature, so weighted cards is not possible either.

I had to take a test today... It was really easy to transfer study materials to this flash card app. it has a smooth non-distracting interface. I panicked this morning when I bought it. I'm using a galaxy s3. Some people might like the shake feature to turn off a card, but its probably not something I would use, I like to use all my cards all the time to insure that I remember them . It was really easy 2 get in touch with a developer and he told me exactly what I needed to do! great customer service!

I tried a free app and this one is so much better. I love being able to hide cards I already mastered and easily inside them when needed. Making cards on my computer and transferring them is easy and any questions I had were answered within hours of my emails. It is so worth the money!

Don't waste your money. It keeps crashing when I try to push play. Junk! Pure and simple.

Long press on card to change settings is great. Wish I could add pictures.

Changed phones. Did a backup before before switch, and could not access back up. Really bummed.

This app is awesome. I've been using it for two weeks now with absolutely no problem at all. One time it crashed on me. I contacted the creator and he replied to my email in less than 24 hours. I didn't loose any of my cards, and the problem was solved. I highly recommend this app. It's awesome!!

Wow, looking through reviews and see nobody reads directions. Mike is a badger don't trust. Of course you can disable hide cards and turn off text to speech. Try long press on card during playback to activate settings fool. Also developer setup website to quickly make cards on computer and download to phone. Also developer answers phone immediately to answer questions if needed. I highly recommend this app for serious learners.

I just started a new job and needed a tool to help me learn the key information related to this business. I looked at several 'free' apps, but nothing compared to the Functionality and Ease of Use of Flashcards Maker Pro. I needed some advice on how to structure my cards and emailed the developer. To my surprise, he called back within the hour. I was up and running in no time. This app and the development support are WINNERs in my book.

Do not download this app. There are more better and free flash card maker. Will not issue a refund!!! NO REFUND!!!

This is the best flash card tool on the market.

App doesn't work for my Nexus 7. Didn't save the cards I made either. Expenisive for what you get and I can't even refund it. Total waste of money.

This has to be the best, easiest to use app on the market! It's intuitive, straight forward, easy to install, and very, very, effective. Building decks is easy. You can do it onboard, or on a computer with one of the deck generators. Then, highlight, cut, paste into a text file, and email it to yourself. Selecting whatever combination of decks you want is genius. Customer service is top notch. Don't listen to the bad reviewers. Their ethics suck if they have to snipe their competitors with false reports.

Used to make flash cards for nursing students. Read and or listen to questions-answers is a positive learning tool but to change the audio to a different language for ESL students was a real advantage. Thank you for making this app and selling it at an affordable price. Contacted maker to find out if pictures could be inbedded in program (type of wound). Not yet available but working on it. Would be a great addition.
