Tracking your progress is a must when you work out or go on a diet. How else would you know that you are improving? However, tracking progress is time consuming because you have to get on a scale, measure your body fat, measure your hips, etc. And to make thing worse, you have to remember to do these tasks weekly at a certain time. Proven Progress is a new and innovative app that helps you track your progress through your daily body pictures. A picture worth a thousand words.
