It would be really nice if you add fruits and vegetables to your category. Everything is fine other than that.

Placed an order on 23rd with delivery time as 2-4 pm. Order not delivered. No status update. App says the order is still waiting to b processed. No one answers th e Customer call center. Or they attend the call and then disconnect it. Very disappointing. With no discounts or offers like Grofers, I expected atleast the customer service would be good. No option to cancel order also. Good that they don't have an online payment. I will surely reject the delayed delivery (if ever it comes!)

I request all the customers to b careful with these fraud ppl. I purchased mutton curry cut pieces with bone 1/2kg and dey gave me just bone pieces alone without flesh. When asked dey said i ordered bone alone. How can u put the blame on us when der is an item mutton bone separately in ur app? N d cost of bone piece is 350 for 1 kg. These ppl r just standing as mediator to connect us with d shops. If der is a complaint, dey will ask us to call to the shop. B careful guys.

I am a regular customer of Annai Super market, Vinayagapuram, Chennai. I know the pricing. But prices mentioned in your app are 15 to 25 % HIGHER THAN NORMAL PRICE. It's not a ethical practice to attract good customers.

I stay in Singapore and could easily order groceries for my family over in chennai. Delivery is on time. It is really useful app for people of chennai. Current software upgrade is so cool. Looking forward to expand in Singapore. HATSOFF to orderrabbit team.

This app really saved my day, since i was travelling for a whole day i don't had any energy to go for shopping in supermarket for my cooking materials and damn starved too. This apps hold my entire favourite stores and products on my fingers points. They delivered the products even before the scheduled ETA. Doing a great job guys.! Keep Rocking, Awesomeness Unlimited.
